Tbh the accommodation crisis is much worse than what you mentioned, it literally took me 2 months to find a place and I went to 35+ viewings with a good salary.
Airbnbs are 150+ euros a night, hotels are 200+ euros a night and people will literally struggle even if they start looking a month prior.
