- I see you. You have that one chore you need to just get started at home. You are on the couch wanting to do that task, but it is overwhelming to start. I got you, and we got each other. I do my cute lil chores like that huge pile of dishes I have needed to do, and just clean around my place. I do not finish all of it, but we can feel productive for doing it in little bite-sized pieces! Yum!
I wanted to combine the Pomodoro method (10 minute work, then 2 minute break) and the body doubling method (doing a task next to someone else) to help you do one task! Just choose one thing, and put me on the background as I do something with you.
