Marhaba issah Hannan. Thank you and Kheirat for doing this channel. I really enjoy learning Emirati accent. Used to live in UAE and it was one of the best time of my life with so many memories. I still keep it dear to my heart as my second home. It is kind of hard to get a grip on resources here in Europe so I am using mainly internet. Using series is a nice idea. I am recently trying to work with child series called "Mansur". Too bad can't find any version with subtitles. If I come to UAE anytime soon going to pay a visit to your institute.

Dear Hanan, Sorry My comment is after a long time... I felt something when I saw it again after a long time. It would be a lot helpful for people if you add the literal meaning of the emirati phrases in the dialogues of these kinda musalsal. . For example when the father says " wein awaddi wayhi min annaas" . A straight translation of it would roughly be " where I would show my face in the society?". While it figuratively means I would lose my face in the society or so.. If the straight translation is also given, it is easy for a learner to relate the words used in it. In this example, the father never uses words correspond to " do you want me to lose my face" in the given english translation of the dialogue. Just a humble thought. Forgive me and correct me if I am wrong. Live long... Cheers!

Marhaba issah Hannan. Thank you and Kheirat for doing this channel. I really enjoy learning Emirati accent. Used to live in UAE and it was one of the best time of my life with so many memories. I still keep it dear to my heart as my second home. It is kind of hard to get a grip on resources here in Europe so I am using mainly internet. Using series is a nice idea. I am recently trying to work with child series called "Mansur". Too bad can't find any version with subtitles. If I come to UAE anytime soon going to pay a visit to your institute.

Last time i got an arabic course in pakistan that was written by lebnanian writer.i saw it was very complicated.when i compare it with your online course it is very hard to learn.your way of lecture and delivery is very easy and pleasent. Dear Hanan, Sorry My comment is after a long time... I felt something when I saw it again after a long time.
It would be a lot helpful for people if you add the literal meaning of the emirati phrases in the dialogues of these kinda musalsal. . For example when the father says " wein awaddi wayhi min annaas" . A straight translation of it would roughly be " where I would show my face in the society?".
While it figuratively means I would lose my face in the society or so..
If the straight translation is also given, it is easy for a learner to relate the words used in it. In this example, the father never uses words correspond to " do you want me to lose my face" in the given english translation of the dialogue.
Just a humble thought. Forgive me and correct me if I am wrong.
