I need more practice with kwang, but spamming abilities clears skill gap (OFFLANE)--PREDECESSOR

PREDECESSOR V0.17.3 is a very small patch with some hero and item balance changes. The "biggest" change from this patch was the stat increase on GRIM.EXE. They increased his health, increase his starting armor, gave him more movement speed and added more damage to his displacement blast. They also decrease the cooldown on grim's shield, making it possible to block multiple abilities in a teamfight. In my opinion, he still needs more buffs, he is still a walking target but this patch definitely made him better to play with.
