I have a feeling that they definitely thought this whole video was a prank to get them together for Lisa to do that until she actually got going. Damien's face and Shayne's reaction he looked very concerned

I’d literally watch an entire series of Lisa’s “Employee Reviews.” Just do a few dramatic cuts to the “incidents,” a talking head or two with some personal asides, and the occasional ‘Jackie, we just wanted to let you know that you’re doing great.’

Bruh, Lisa’s segment in this episode was absolutely amazing, one of the best bits in the whole TNTL series. I think you guys could definitely make a series of her giving employee reviews to every Smosh employee and every character that you guys have, that would be a really funny series.

I think they're considering anyone who wasn't hired explicitly to act/be in videos as crew. Yeah Tommy appears in videos a lot, but he's still the Smosh social media editor, so unless he stops doing that he's still gonna be crew, whereas Kimmy and Jackie are I guess only hired to be in videos? I always thought Kimmy was crew up until the first version of this that they did though so I honestly don't know

I think they are all unique in their humor. To me, Shane is the funniest person in the world, while Jackie's acting really nails comedic timing, especially the way she looks and glances at people during her skits. I'm really happy to have found this channel, all of them are incredibly funny!
