A golden oldie from 1935. Blue Moon was written by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart and was recorded by Billie Holiday and has been recorded many other times by different artists. I’m playing this in the key or C Major - all nice and slow as if we’re in a cocktail lounge.

Very beautiful. Love this piece. I would love to take piano lessons from you. I can play somewhat good. But You are just the best. A restaurant called Gene’s Place to Dine in Cleveland Ohio on Rocky River Drive/Lorain in Kamm’s Plaza, and every Friday/Saturday there is a guy, his name is Carl Adam Baum, and he plays the piano just as good as you. But sadly he is retiring after 30 years. Very nice guy. And when I hear you play piano, you sorta remind of him. I love your arrangements. If your ever in Cleveland Ohio, you have to check out Gene’s Place. But you are just the most wonderful pianist I’ve ever heard. I love your playing.

what piano model is this
its sound is unlike any yamaha piano i have heard in stores and in profetional audio equipment studios(recordings)(with good speakers)
Yamaha GA1 Grand - recorded with Shure SM58 microphones pretty close to the strings
Great performance, but not enough to repeat (numbers 4 and 5) on the "Frank Sinatra" playlist, haha.

Not really. A cover is an interpretation and this is how I play this song. I always felt the original was a little too jazzy - it’s a beautiful song and can be done many different ways.
