To get it easier, get a trophy rex or if you already have it, and then go to survival mode, shoot and then when it loads(or reloads) pause, exit survival, go to trophy, then you get a shotgun inside, then menu, options, change firing method to quick tap, then shoot the t-rex's eye, and there you go!

I actually got that achievement by going to the Mount Ravan where you hunted T Rex but I use the X crossbow and I not just the mad Man achievement, I also got the William tell achievement or whatever you call that achievement again since I don't really know what is the achievement name by shooting a T Rex with a crossbow since it was a long time I played carnivores

Actually, this achievement can be done by not using Camouflage and Cover Scent. I've tried it before this video uploaded.
