      No but at least know the rules of court. She can’t even form a question without speculating others opinions on the matter. Like…. Even if amber was lying you can at least ask question that amber heard proved herself and not perform a leading on amber response. This heard lawyer looks and feel like a newbie in the field even my mock trail was better than this. Like first rule in court is to never lead a question with YOU WERE ASKED or if this happened than this will happen

      @@filiptrajkovski2198 I think the problem is not necessarily that Amber Heard's lawyers are extremely bad, its just that there is absolutely no case at all for her. Aside the fact that she probably doesnt pay that well, with only the prospect of making a lot of bank when they win the case, even a very good lawyer would have the hardest time of his life to not look like a fool here on Amber's side, let alone win the case. You don't go to court with... nothing. Especially also a huge web of lies, easily exposable, BEFORE THE TRIAL HAS EVEN BEGUN. The fact the her lawyers took on the case tells me they were counting on the same thing as Amber, often present gender inequality in court in favour of women over man especially in the US and heavy identity politics for over a decade by now. Also called "bEliEvE WoMeN".

    • @familhagaudir8561
      @familhagaudir8561 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Amber's ''evidence'' mostly consists of pictures of her with obviously fake bruises, and modified images with color contrats to make any color variation on the skin more red, and claim this is her face after ''getting brutally beaten''.
      Resting you head on your hand while reading for 20 minutes would make more convincing redness than what her team deposed as ''evidence of brutal abuse''.
      And that was the ''evidence'' her team thought was most likely to not make the jury go ''lol she faked it all''. Imagine what her team refuse to produce because it was so damaging to A.H.'s defense?

      Yes, they have said in the interview b4 they have discussed a lot abt the tactics they will ask and approach Amber (basically using her words against her, best example of a direct showcase of this being used is that the TMZ leak where she said she didnt leak, and she didn't know how to, but then stated she will leak it in a more simpler way, and goes back to didnt know how to leak)
      Another beautiful thing abt this trial is that camille is like.... johnny's voice, and the fact shes a woman it seems like amber is very uncomfortable with her as camille basically voiced out what johnny would say if he's direct, if u watched their cross examination amber has tried to disrupt and annoy camille as much as she can but camille was like "no, stay focused on what im asking, stop ur bs"

    Johnny taught me during this trial, that making mistakes does matter, but what's almost more important is what you do with those mistakes. You either take responsibility and learn, or you sink into a victim mindset and create a reality where everyone's at fault but not you. And THAT is one of the biggest differences between Johnny and the blonde turd over there. THAT is why I admire Johnny so much. You can still see the actor trying very hard not to laugh at the questions he is being asked by her legal counsel. He's being accused of such heinous things, yet he doesn't blow up, he doesn't laugh, although it is clear he wants to!! When Mr. Depp is on the stand and he is asked if he was aware that Miss. Heard was angry when they were coming off the plane, he responded by saying, yes that was his opinion because she was always angry " He's honest, respectful, and he points out that he's not responsible for the things Her counsel is reading the texts correctly, but he himself did not write the texts being presented. He is so adorable and funny, even though he's not trying to be. He is just amazing. He is being slandered and he can still manage to smile!!! I love you Mr Depp ♥️ I love your honesty and your charm. • @familhagaudir8561

      All the charity lies Amber Heard made at the trial and the media were to pretend to be a good person doing the selfless thing.
      Calculating everthing to do a snail-pace drip of tax-deductibles over decades to de-facto keep most of the money to yourself through avoiding taxes is not a selfless thing.
      More like cold, calculating, manipulative.
      Anyway it just exposes another lie from Amber Heard, as she said as justification for not donating the money she pledged that ''I was going to but Johnny sued me''.
      Implying she was not planning to do a tax-deductible drip. But then at the closing argument she was doing that?
      Her and her lawyers are trying to jungle with way to many lies at once.

      @chloemarlowe3817 ปีที่แล้ว +63

      To be that guy, that kind of is how this works. This wasn't a criminal case to charge JD with domestic abuse. In fact, AH was the defendant and by extension is given the "innocent until proven guilty" benefit in a defamation lawsuit. So yeah, all AH's side had to do is prove at least one instance of abuse, or at least poke enough holes into JD's claims to say "JD isn't be honest." This is why JD's win was so huge, defamation cases are very hard to prove, and he did it.
