- Nick finds something wrapped up in a piece of leather and proceeds to unwrap it, revealing three of the seven keys. The seven keys are items that belonged to seven knights who were ancestors to the Grimms.
From Grimm Season 5 Episode 10 'Map of the Seven Knights' - Monroe receives a call From Grimm a relative in Germany that will bring Nick closer to his ancestors. Complications arise when the nefarious group Black Claw also takes an interest in this discovery.

I do have to marvel at how awed and excited Rosalee and Munroe are when the boards reveal the weapons. Grimms and Wesen may have had rocky history but even they can appreciate the value of preserved history and how valuable such arttefacts are.
Really loved the book of Grimm they had in there with the family tree that even had Nick's name in it. It was a really cool touch to add to it.
I have lost count how many times I start watched the entire series over and over.
After only finding this show late last year I'm on round 2 already

I don't anyone was more excited about the keys than rosalee. Her expressions throughout the entire show has just been fun, sweet and hilarious. She was perfect in every way
Rosalee is the best female character of this show, followed by Trubel. It helps that Adalind and Juliette aren't exactly great to begin with.

I honestly thought it was just me who almost gave up on the show after that ... . They destroyed over 800yrs worth of Grimm knowledge in minutes and his family was on of the original 7 ... . I was furious

I may be in the minority in this but i think it was a good idea to do that. Provided the same emotional slap without having to kill off someone. And it gave him an obstacle to face that wouldn’t be solved in the next episode.
I loved this show so much, i really wish that the Dresen Files got a treatment like this. So much fantasy and mythology to unpack and geek out over.
Who knew that finding the lost treasure would require both Grimm and Wesen

Fun fact, the owner of the chest is a Grimm name, Josef Nebojsa and he was the last living descendant until his passing.
Also Rolek Porter, in the end of the 3rd season, unless his son turns into a Grimm.
Would have loved seeing the look on Capt. Renard's face as Nick dropped five of the seven keys on the desk in front of him then given him the finger. That royal likely would have filled his shorts seeing that many keys in one place.

i was only 7 when i started watching and 12 when i finished. now in my later teens, i consider grimm one of my childhood shows since i've watched it over and over again. very different from all the cartoons my friends used to watch when they were younger.
For me my childhood show was Farscape. Try that!
This is a real iconic series
One of my favourite things about their trip is that they get to Germany in a 747. Good times.
This show always reminded me a lot of "Buffy The Vampire Slayer". You've got the one supernaturally enhanced main character, or two once Trubel was introduced, who has to live this violent & dangerous life, and then you have all the Scoobies who help him just because they're good friends and it's the right thing to do.
These sets are getting more interesting keep it up grimm
Grimm is one of the best. I purchased the DVD complete set and Aunt Marie's book of Lore... watch and read it time by time. Its just an amazing show. I hope they make more Seasons involving their Son and Daughter, including the triplets.

the knight piece was just a memento and Trubel was a cousin of Nick

I wish they'd shown them looking up Trubel's family and how they knew she was related to Nick. They just dropped that detail into the final episode.
I agree with you Sam. I didn't like it one bit when Eve set the trailer on fire but my comments are in reference to episode 6 "The End." When everybody came back alive after being being killed and David hugged just about everyone he thought was dead, which was bittersweet, I felt both Bud (Danny Bruno) and Sgt. Franco (Robert Blanchoe) should have gotten "Honorable Mention" because they both played some part in the series. If they couldn't appear in person, at least give them credit for the scenes they were in. Bud was a riot and Sgt. Franco was a big help to Berkhart when Renard called a "shoot-to-kill" order on him (and other times). Those of us who really liked/loved the series is probably aware of these facts. I loved the entire crew and was so sorry and disappointed when I knew they wouldn't be back so I watch the same episodes over and over. PLEASE TRY AND GET THEM BACK!
Honestly, I loved this series but it felt an awful lot like they did not know where they wanted to take the overarching plot, for the first several seasons they built up the Royal Families as some big existential threat, then after dealing them a major Blow at the end of Season 4, they mostly just abandoned that plot branch in favor of Black Claw and Zerstörer and never really returned to it. Wished season 6 was longer and brought the Royals back and perhaps combined it with the Zerstörer plot and maybe explained why they had wanted what was hidden in the black forest so badly (considering how dangerous it was), or at least what their connection to Wesen was.
The perils of being a serialised show, never knowing if this season will be your last
They could have honestly scanned all those books they lost in the trailer and made each book a PDF. Everyone in the show had iPhones so it’s not like there was an in universe limitation. They could have indexed them and Nick could have had them in his phone. Can you imagine the time he could have saved if he just searched key words of what he was looking for to search his entire Grimm database?
Yes but phones can be hacked, dropped and damaged or stolen.
Remember how long they spent looking for more keys then one day monroe picks the extra locks.
The flight was it’s not always the safest place you guys made all the good team thank you for your incredible work you do

Nick wasn’t the first Grimm to befriend Wesson (spelling?) and wasn’t the first to work with normal people. Most likely the guy either was a keeper because past family was and they were a branch of Grimms or were people they otherwise trusted to keep their secrets. Means Nick getting all of this information was probably because he realized his and Nick’s lives were in danger so he found a way to get it to him that would hopefully protect them and the secrets.
Hahaha...I love how they say Nebojša. Its a slavic name that translates closest in English as the one who is not affraid or the scarless one.

Yes to get as a gift not only a book but also a weapon with keys, except luck is not how not to name, because there was not just a book, but also a weapon and keys card, Nick is very lucky, if Juliet did not burn his trailer, it would be much better because then he had not one book but more.

Nick had 2 prior to this scene.
And there are 3 here.
So 4 + 2 + 3 does not equal 7 sadly.
Anyone care to speculate on this disparity?
Personally, I think the 3 keys here were stolen from the Royals so they have only 1 now.

They had 4 keys nick found 2 keys before and 1 key was unaccounted for. These 3 keys were probably keys owned by the royals before black claw took them.

I am not that much of a Grimm nerd but if I recall correctly Captain Renard said in some episode of season 2 that the royal families were in posession of 4 keys. Provided that this is correct wouldn´t it be sort of a plot hole that Nick now has 5 of the 7?
They could have had copies of the keys or paper imprints. It could be a power play to make the other Wesen or Grimm think they had the actual keys so if any of the others turned up, they would have to deal with the Royal Families if they wanted to use the information that they actually did have. Sometimes, it's about making your opposition think you have something or information when you don't.

Монро нашёл ключи он отдал Нику . А Розали пренесла ещё два ключа . Они начели смотреть карту . И Монро сказал Нику что надо узнать где остальные ключи и покозал на карте куда ехать чтобы их найти. I always stop watching when they burned the trailer. Worst decision by writers, directors, and producers I have ever seen.
no se porque dicen que fue cancelada para mi hay varias razones para creer que los que dicen que esta genial serie fue cancelada son puras patrañas y estas son mis razones : uno aun puedo ver la serie en Netflix y también en syfy 2 si fue cancelado entonces los capítulos están incompletos o en cada temporada faltarian 4 o 5 capítulos pero aún están las 6 temporadas así que son puras mentiras 3 en el final apareció la hija de nick ya crecida porque si fuera cancelada el final aun no paso 4 como ejemplo un videojuego o una serie o peli para que digan que fue cancelada es porque ya no se puede ver o no se puede jugar porque lo eliminaron ejemplo de eso el juego de play 1 trill kill la cancelaron porque era demasiada violencia y gore pero aún así un gamer contó que lo jugó en la casa de un amigo y un miembro de la revista playmania dijo que lo cree porque como dijo había harta piratería en aquellos años y el juego estaba ya terminado pero por la excesiva violencia lo cancelaron pero hay muchos quienes aún pudieron copiar el juego y desde entonces el juego cancelado se puede jugar
