When it comes to contracting with rotc and you’re currently in the guard or reserves does your gt and all that matter to contract with rotc or commission ?
Does the OML affect you if you’re a nursing major? Like if you are low on OML will they just give you needs of the army? Or are you safe from all the numbers so to speak.
Jose Reynoso If you are a nursing major cadet the OML doesn’t affect you because you have your branch already but it does affect you if for some reason you get dropped from the nursing program or you failed nursing school then you would be ranked on the OML with all the other cadets.
When you go to CST Advanced Camp if you want Cyber or EOD you will have to go to their briefs and take exams and interviews. I passed both, but since I wasn’t one of the top 55 for Cyber I got my 3rd choice OD which allowed me to keep my EOD pre selection
Fit Soldier my top 3 right now are close to yours (AV, CY, OD) and I really want EOD if I get selected for OD, I don’t head to Advanced Camp until next year though. Thanks for the info man!
Nick Avery awesome man yea to get AV and CY is tough if you get 75-80 OML points you may be good I fell a little short but I came close. Either way OD is a good choice and EOD is a very special and rare Badge to have!

Lol It would be an honor to go EOD too, I don’t see it as anything less that the latter. Are you going to eventually make videos about OD BOLC and EOD school as well?
