I played a Grave Cleric in a one shot awhile ago and fell in love with the class. I'm really looking forwards to playing one in the next campaign I'm in. I had a great moment where the DM landed a crit with a big boss monster, was playing it up, the target was freaking out...and I set off Sentinel at Death's Door and the DM was taken completely off guard because he didn't even realize that existed.
Really cool channel and good work! I’m looking at multiclassing from 5th level Way of Mercy monk into this class for the rest of my character’s levels. I started off hoping to be a field medic but it turns out the party needs more healing/less dying! Not to mention the perfect thematic fit this is for my character, I can’t wait to dive into this class. I think I’ll go one more level in Way of Mercy to get Physician’s Touch and the go for 14 levels in this cleric :) Keep up the awesome work, subbed!
Your channel is looking great! You are very informative, clear, and to the point. You communicate well. If I may suggest. Consider asking people to leave a like and a comment below of what would cause them to sub to your channel, whether it be specific content, improvements to the channel, or something else entirely. I imagine that many of your viewers are looking for specific information to build their characters and are impersonal to where they get it. As I am now, looking to build my grave cleric. Offer them a relationship to continue following and grow with their desires so they will have a reason to visit you over the many others who have similar content. End note. I see you succeeding highly. You've got the right personality for TH-cam and I found your content very helpful. I personally think that the Grave Domain Cleric is one of the subclasses that have the best balance of mechanics and flavor, unlike the twilight cleric (overtuned) or the arcana cleric.
Hey, awesome new channel design, I really loved the end card the water animation and the song were both super awesome and oddly relaxing. So I got no feedback for your presentation as I think you are a very good speaker and everything was awesome! The one thing I do feel like pointing out is that I can tell that you are going for a bit of a cozy vibe, but the dim lighting in the video was a bit dark for me. I dont feel like the video itself has the intention of relaxing people, its more about informing about and presenting features. So when the light is this cozy it almost makes it sleep inducing to watch especially because you do have a very pleasant voice and the music is also really chill. I would personally prefer a bit more light in the room, just brightening it up and maybe making the light that is present feel a tiny bit less warm. It looks super cozy but in a way that almost takes away from the quality of the video a bit in my opinion. It then was also a bit of a hardh contrast to go from this sort of almost bedroom cozy lighting to the pretty bright blue, red and white in the end card. Bit of an eye adjustment for sure. Again this is just me personally, and it doesnt stop me from watching, just putting it here because i'm sure you have worked on the setup a lot. Doesn't stop me from watching in the slightest but as a now loyal viewer I felt like letting you know what I think. :D Love your content though and am looking very much forward to the build later this week!
I really appreciate the feedback! I'll see what I can do about the lighting but honestly I have my ring light maxed out as far as brightness. I'll mess around with some settings to see what I can do. Thank you for watching! I really appreciate it
Great question! Circle of Mortality allows you to skip the dice roll with healing spells on a creature at 0 HP. Instead you just use the maximum that the dice could roll (ex. You heal 2d6. Instead of rolling, you heal 12).
