A video surfaced online about a pure ev battery bursting into flames while inside the scooter. Any explanation as to what were the possible causes? And the do's and dont's of pure ev battery ownership.
LOL the CEO in the previous video said, that they were only training the dealer's technicians for a week. In this video the Dr. Nishanth says the contrary of training the dealer's technicians for 1-2months.... How can we trust you sir ?
@@PUREEV_INDIA Thanks for your reply. But I would say I am still concerned, and these concerns will not go away until PUREEV has established good customer service centers, be it privately held by dealers or company owned service centers, that provide quality service. And I also think this would determine your success. You might sell vehicles initially, but unless there is a reliable customer service, I do not see PUREEV or any other new EV companies prospering. For example please do look at your company reviews on other bike related websites, where people give their actual experience and opinion about the vehicle. Thanks
@@PUREEV_INDIA I was excited about PUREEV Etrance vehicle and wanted to buy one, but as soon as I looked up online and found several other companies outside India selling the same bike with a different branding, I realized that these bikes are not built at home and are just bought from China and assembled here. And that raised a lot of questions on reliability. Without effective service centers and good customer service you are not going to make an impact with these re-branded vehicles.
@@PUREEV_INDIA Thanks PUREEV for taking my concerns head on and answering them. It does now give me some assurance towards your vision & product line. As a consumer, I did become skeptical about the imported parts being used, now that you have replied to my comment about it I am happy to know that you are willing to work on it and improve. I can understand for a startup it would be difficult to manufacture everything at home, I hope you prosper in the future, grow and try to manufacture most of the parts here in India. I will definitely look forward to the how to videos for troubleshooting. Also if PUREEV can provide good customer service and service processing times for bike related problems such as servicing, batteries, motor etc... I am definitely willing to purchase a vehicle from your product line !
Space shall not be a constraint for LFP. There are other brands using LFP. Why is it problem to you then ? Also when the cost of vehicle is consumed by battery, life span matters but your response is not convincing.
Bought this bike 7 months back. Now battery is gone and customer care is worst, they are not addressing the problem. Don't buy this bike and waste your money. Lot of promises were made while buying the bike (customer care, warranty period) don't believe anything. Once you bought the bike then they don't bother about you.
WHEN BUYING AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE WE SHOULD ASK FOR LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE ( LiFePo4 ) BATTERY ONLY. In fact WE SHOULD BAN THE SALES OF Lithium ion batteries and Lead acid batteries in India. This is because For Indian conditions Lithium iron phosphate battery is best. Its Charge cycles is more than 2000times. SO BATTERY LIFE IS FOR 6 to 10years. Whereas Lithium ion charge cycles are 1000 times approximately. And battery life is for 3 to 5Years. Also The Lithium iron phosphate BATTERY PRICE IS ALMOST SAME AS Lithium ion. So WHEN BUYING AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE WE SHOULD ASK FOR LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE ( LiFePo4 ) BATTERY ONLY.
