Out of many people I know, I'm almost the only one to like trance. I pride myself on liking trance and it is sad to see that not many people listen to these amazing songs. BUT, have you ever stopped to think about it, that if many listened to this then it would become too mainstream..?
This track needs to go down as one of the all-time trance classics, just like "Widescreen." This guy has an absolutely brilliant mind when it comes to trance.
Alas, intelligent minds are so few and far between. Trance has too much sophistication and ethereal beauty for the average mind. Trance amazingly, successfully plays off opposites against each other deep, fat energetic baselines against ethereal melodics sort of like cold dry and warm wet weather systems clashing in an amazing power and energy.
This track is like a painting that, even though you have it for years, reveals new details every time you look at it. It's a fine piece of musical art that never gets boring. Great attention to detail, very melodic and a big source of inspiration for me.
Airbase haven't made a bad tune, Modus Operandi sounds really technical Trance tune that took skill, I would really like Airbase make a Bangin hard trance tune along the lines of Simon Pattersons greatness and vice versa. ive found constant banging tunes easier to make than complex Airbase type tunes. Great first tune on Armadas label, look forward to more from Airbase.

this is near legendary status tho. easily one of the most beautiful trance trax I've ever heard. listened to it non-stop for the first few days I had it. very unique and different sounding from other trance songs.
the interval between the notes at the beginning is similar indeed, but then doesn't follow the sequence that clocks follows... if I could compose like that
