There's a sketch like this in the US version of Office between Dwight and Andy called "the favor."
I love their ad lib at the end. Lost it so much when you could see them trying to hold it in so bad, especially Key.

This was done in the episode of The Office called "Double Date" - Dwight is doing everyone favors in order to cash in on them later to get Jim fired. Andy keeps immediately returning the favors, and they go back and forth being competitively kind to each other for a while.
