little suspicious of that Clovis find. looks like someone just placed it there. that is a once in a lifetime find and the fact that he does not act very excited or happy and also no creek stain on it.
Living in SW Louisiana only 40 miles from the Gulf of Mexico we don't have natural rock at all here and the points we find are usually on 2 or 3 inches long but every now and again we find 5 or 6 inch points and they are always made out of beautiful material. I found a 4 inch spear point made from what I call crystal and usually the crystal points are very crude but that was beautiful. I'm searching my pictures to show you but if I can't find them I will be making a trip to my father's house to take more photos

Would love to be a part of your hunting group as my father gave me the fever as a young girl ! Love hunting in the river in front of our house in the mountains of western, NC as my brother-in-law hunted the property since he was a kid and found many relics in the planting fields.
It's a surreal moment where the world stops moving for a min and your heart sinks to your stomach. I'm so fortunate to have found 5 fluted points in my life and I'm 28 . I keep saying that's my last . I found a broke cumberland yesterday. I'll post in the next video .
OMG!!! SOMEONE WOULD HAVE FOUND A BIG CLOVIS WHEN THEY FOUND ME HOLDING THE BIG CLOVIS THAT GAVE ME THE BIG HEART ATACK... GOOD JOB GUY! ps that looked like BIG$$$$ WAS IT ALL THERE? TWIN FLUTE'S??
Nothing like being in the right place , with great material and consistent persistent hard efforts is it..was that a Clovis or really a Cumberland ..? .. BIG CONGRATS !
Sweet Bro, just posted two shorts of the 2 we found at Elkhorn Lake here in Kentucky. Was just out motorboatin and couldn't help myself bit walk the waterline. Found 2 and a base within 50 feet of the pontoon.
Hey brother. . Where abouts are u located. . I'm around pickwick/savannah area. . Ik u can't be that far. . Maybe we could get together and hunt some rocks
I'm over in Waynesboro. Looking for a good starting place for arrowhead hunting. Only going around our creeks. Found 2 on our chert road on our property.
I was waiting for this kind of comment . Creek stain forms on a point in just a matter of days after eroding into the creek . The edges do have a bit of stain . Which tells me it washed out the rain before the rain I found it on
When you hunt sandy creeks like i do with sandstone gravel. It doesn't creek stain alot unless it's been in there all summer. Those big rock creeks stain them alot quicker
I'm not saying. What I am saying, in Northern Arkansas, I find a ton of over hangs, along with river flow.i will post finds. I gave tomawaks, beads, points
My gosh brother, you are Truly Blessed, absolutely beautiful artifacts, thanks for sharing, GL&HH!!!
You guys were on fire! A great Clovis and quite a few other very good points. That is a productive area.
Thanks 👍
Mind blowing! Thanks for letting us tag along!
Super nice Clovis!
Super awesome Clovis man
Just incredible!!!👍👍
Thanks a lot!
Amazing find! I've hunted nearly 50 years and never found a point of that caliber.
I'm fortunate to be in an area where cumberlands and clovis points are in higher concentrations than most areas.
Whoa!!! Congrats👍🇺🇸
Wow! Amazing artifact my friend 👍👍👍
Thanks!

If I was aiming to plant a point I could've done alot better Job that sticking it under a rock lol
Seemed pretty excited to me. What did you want him to do a cartwheel?

I’d be sifting that site where you found all the material.
You'd spend years there and probably get a big fine if caught
@@tennesseevalleyrelics3459 they can fine you for sifting?
Where are you at in the Tennessee valley?
I couldn't say exactly . Sorry bud
I travel all over . I'm not just in one area
That blade is fluted looks like
It is. It's a clovis
I wonder why that Clovis didn’t have creek stains?
