Very true, much of the churches all they do is to bring people at the gate of the kingdom of God but they don't equip the saints for the work of the ministry.
As much as we go and evangelize the world to come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ, we must be also willing to train the called on how to do the work of the kingdom of God and for them to go out in the world to win souls.

When apostle talkedabout process it reminds me of the dream I had a few days ago.....where I was at church sitting on the front row and the pastor who was preaching came to me directly and took out a green jersey from the clothes he was wearing and gave to me....wth joy I kept saying thank you thank you though I didnt know what it means to be given a jersey but therr was so much joy inside .....the man of God later said,"but remember its a process" in response I said,Still thank you"
The people around were so jealousy of me because I was undeserving to be given a jersey by a man of God.
