It's actually a pretty decent game for a Mario Kart imitator, I played it often as a kid. It definitely looks like a fan-made parody! If Rareware were fans of Nintendo, that would surely be an accurate statement, as it's basically Mario Kart 64 but with Mickey and Friends, and some polish. The game's OST is probably the best part of the game. Its soundfont is not much for rock music, which is why this isn't very brash despite the MIDI being for a power metal tune. Thank you!
