sir critical path is shortest or longest path as you said in video shortest path

In real manner critical path is the shortest path but in Primavera you can choose both as per your requirement. Or as you want

Hello Amit ji, For Rainy season or days you can add as activity. insert a rainy day reserve activity at the end of
your project. This increases the duration of our project. if rainy days affect your working then it will added to your project otherwise your project will complete before time.
