INGREDIENTS USED:
For masala paste:
4 small pieces of coconut
1 tbsp peanut
1/2 tsp poppyseed
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cinnamon
4-5 cloves
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 small piece of tamarind
1 ginger
Handful of garlic cloves
For gravy:
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 Green chilli
1 string curry leaves
1 onion
Salt to taste
2 tomato
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 drumsticks

Drumstick gravy
- Grind
Coconut pieces, peanut, poppy seeds, pepper balls, cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, tamarind, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, water
Oil, ghee, cumin seeds, chilli, curry leaves, onion, salt, tomato paste, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, drumstick chops
Add paste
Mix and 5min cook
