My earnest request do not call curd it's a wrong word while we prepare dahi we don't curdled the milk, bacteria differs completely , so please don't call it as curd, there no apt word in English for dahi as well as ghee, clarified butter is not ghee, please take it into account, DAHI NOT CURD.
I Dian giving other countries name for their veg dishes is disgusting. No country culture was as rich as India in making curries , they don’t even know Afgani curry …. L 😂
