Hi I am from Afghanistan, thank u for sharing this recipe, actually I have never heard of this recipe before , paner is a delicay in Afghanistan which used with bread in breakfast and afternoon tea with sultanas , but not in cooking .

My earnest request do not call curd it's a wrong word while we prepare dahi we don't curdled the milk, bacteria differs completely , so please don't call it as curd, there no apt word in English for dahi as well as ghee, clarified butter is not ghee, please take it into account,
