In my humble opinion, it's about time to decolonize the Colonized lands, and return it to rightful owners Native American people. It's disturbing how blindly people are believing this obvious lie. The fact that they're not giving any context nor allowing her to respond tells me this is political propaganda. I'm guessing someone's still upset they couldn't get her fired back when she said working hard and getting an education were how to lead a good life, and that thinking you're a victim will ensure you don't succeed.
What is disturbing that people with higher degrees still don’t have an ounce of common sense to say such a thing during this fragile time. People died, are sick, have lost their livelihoods, kids in school out of school with no idea what tomorrow looks like, seniors dying alone and you’re concerned about whether she’s allowed to respond. Have you really attended her classes or known her being famous among students for being racist? I don’t, but I can’t think of any context someone could say something like that to against other ethnic groups. Please don’t bring political standpoint here. A professor has been known for being racist in the school and recently made those racist comments should NOT be allowed to teach; who knows what ignorance she could teach the young mind.

The part where she says, "As long as most Asians support Democrats and help to advance their positions...." means that she is referring only to those Asians and Asian immigrants who support and agree with the ideas and actions of Democrats. It's the ideas and actions of a subgroup of that racial group (Asians) that she's opposed to, not the racial group as a whole, and not because of their immutable physical characteristics. Another way to put her comment is that she thinks we would be better off (as a country) with only those Asians and Asian immigrants who support and agree with conservative principles such as free markets, limited government, and rule of law; and since, at this point in time, that constitutes a minority of Asians and Asian immigrants in/to this country, that implies having fewer Asians in this country and less Asian immigration to this country than is currently the case. Were it the case that most Asians and Asian immigrants to this country supported conservative Republicans and helped advance their positions, she would then say, 'I think the United States is better off with MORE Asians and MORE Asian immigration'.

As a professor, she shouldn’t write anything like that. She negatively stereotyped other ethnic group. This reminds me of time after the 911 event, Arab and Muslim Americans were racist for being dangerous related to terrorism. Or stereotyping has been harming Black lives.
She negatively assumed something about other ethnic groups and publicly stated it without any concrete evidences to prove her statements. She shouldn’t teach as a law professor anymore.
