    what happens if a judge fails to acknowledge that even though the respondents submitted a responce they have not acknowledged the actual claims ,is it true there debarred from then defending the claims they ignored either intentionly or by omsion cause that happened to me n i pointed it out to chairman now judge that she was wrong n the case management notes exclude my isseus i raised n discussed , n portray an abject bias ,the tribunal bullied me by phycological bias covering up my 2 cases where the exposing to me the tribunal judge n respondents solictor are colluding n perverting the course of justice ,those events events forced me accept 25grand to go away but that cot3 was not legally sound on many points either ,lets chat

    Q: what if the employer obtained audio recordings without consent of employee? a chat was secretly recorded then used as given statement to dismiss the employee…thank you

      If it is being used as evidence in the employment tribunal then it should be noted that it was recorded without consent and the validity and weight of the evidence challenged in the proceedings.
      Depending on the circumstances of the recording their may be privacy and data protection issues that need to be addressed. It would be worth getting some specific advice on this to fully understand your rights and any legal breaches.

      @@RealEmploymentLawAdvice i put my personel manager from sainsburys on my speaker phone n recorded her again trying to get me to agree to her paying me off sacking me for a disability releted reason ,is that not enough proof ,i also then got sainsburys inhouse health professional telling me i cant tell u the truth when i questioned her on my hr managers actions ,this lead to glasgow et judge francise eccles covering up my et cases cause at time ,before it became under courts n tribunals around 2008 or so it was a industrial matter ,and as such under tony blairs science ministers lord sainsbury jurisdiction ,where he interfered n percerted tghe course of justice ,severe criminal acts by all parties
