I didn't catch this whole trial and go through all the evidence, but can anyone TLDR me how they tied Miguel to this case and their logic behind it besides blatant meta? Like did they have any real evidence? (if it wasn't meta, I'd like to know lol) To my knowledge all they could have had was Ramee's blood on one of the scenes, which isn't 100% proof but would tie him to it, and then "two masked ppl fleeing from the first scene," which is basically nothing since they didn't get a plate...was there anything else?

tbh idrk but its funny bc in the court they said mrk name more than miggy lol i think bc texts or something they deduced that ramee and miggy were hanging out near the time of the bombing take this all with a grain of salt i dont really know much as i dont really watch cop that often

@@kimaniEOD So I watched the closing arguments where Bundy went over and summarized all their evidence. So they had one cop saying that the person who was at the Ranger station bombing "resembled Miguel", which was just that he was wearing black/clothes that were similar to what he was wearing earlier in the day, and then that Ramee had a cop say the same about him at the SDSO bombing, which was "the person who came off the roof was "wearing black, had a katana on his back, and grappled, therefore it had to be Ramee."(they actually made the argument that bc the person grappled it was probably him)
And then they had Ramee's triangulated cellphone locations based on a few texts he sent, which put him "around the locations where the bombings happened" aka within a few blocks, aka nothing. Besides that, it was mostly just stuff K said in text/did, like he went after Ramee and a lot of CG after Baas died, which the cops omitted that he went after CG, some other cops, Carmine, Bobby -- tldr they made it like he only went after Miguel and Ramee to build their case even tho he went after a ton of ppl bc he was RPing going insane, and bc Murphy, CG's lawyer, didn't question why they didn't have K testify(a very important witness) to have all this info added to the case as testimony beforehand, they got away with spinning their narrative, even tho thats prety slimey bc if K testified they woulda had the GPS stuff and two "partial identifications," which we all know means nothing in court. Srry for the rant, lol, but it was a lot of nothing.

@sunni_11 the only thing I have to add is mrk didn't even exclusively go after the people who were suspected of doing it, he killed the doctor Brian took with him into the butchers place and he also killed pigeon who didn't even know ab ramee killing bass If I remember correctly. And when he was talking to Brian it was clear as day that mrk wasn't himself and that he was influenced by something. In reality, every claim he maid using mr k name should've been thrown out

@@kimaniEOD For sure, that whole point was moot bc he went after super randoms(he was legit RPing going insane..lol)...most of CG, Brian and the psychologist he brought with him, Pigeon, Carmine -- they just spun it to make it look like Ramee and Miguel were the ppl he went after so they had to have been somehow responsible -- I was really hoping they had a smoking gun to make the whole thing not reek of meta, (also because IMO it's really stupid as RPers who want to make the server fun to put ppl on 24 hour holds/HUTs unless you have real reason to like they did to Ramee, I'd say borderline power gaming if you're 99% certain the charges won't stick) but for Miguel to even be named and them acting like they had 100% certainty, someone meta'd. Seemed like was either the prosecutor or Bundy, but maybe I'm just a pessimist, but I have a hard time believing people like that didn't watch clips OOC and then "investigated IC" and "happen on logic" that they'd never have figured out without the OOC info. Either way its over and like we all thought when Ramee found out about the charges, they had nothing.
Also, the case shoulda been dismissed for a Brady violation. Bundy made a comment and said that the defense had to submit a request for exculpatory evidence for them to violate Brady, and since he didn't, they couldn't Brady, but if you look up the legit Brady suit, it says everywhere that they have to give up any evidence if its impeaching regardless if the defense requests it, so they hardcore gaslit Murphy when to my knowledge, Murphy was right. Pretty sure them leaving out evidence such as K going after people other than Ramee and Miguel and not naming K as a witness, even though he was an eye witness, because they knew it could impeach their case, is a direct violation...it's on the level of suppressing evidence, but I don't know specifics bc who knows what they gave Murphy. kk srry for the rant again lol.

@@sunni_11 don't be sorry lol you're pretty much right i just don't like to claim meta i try to give them the benefit of the doubt bc it just turns into toxicity quick bc ppl dont know how opinions work on youtube ig. but yea im watching the vid of k in the slaughterhouse rn bc its funny asl but he was just constantly saying you did it he litterally claimed carmine, brian, or the doctor did it in the same minute
Edit: so i really don't know how he came about mr k killing Ramee because he killed bass but brian is a great rper and he can bluff very well bc even knowing that the pd essentially had nothing from the start its crazy how he was able to keep us thinking the whole time. when he told basically told ramee he had nothing and was just gonna make it spicy i laughed my ass off.
