- The plaintiff dated the defendant but says they broke up because the defendant wanted to add another person to their relationship. She loaned the defendant money for a party promotion, but he hasn’t paid her back, so she’s suing. She also claims the defendant recorded them having sex, causing her emotional distress. The defendant argues the money was a gift. He insists the plaintiff knew he recorded them having sex. He’s countersuing for defamation.
