I mean NO disrespect in saying this but whoever recorded this needs to maybe silence or turn off notifications on their phone. The constant skips in the audio is super frustrating. It cut off words and was highly distracting from the teaching

it is super frustrating but I'd guess it was a problem with the audio because it is every 20 seconds consistently... it was probably their only recording and they had to choose between posting it with the technical difficulties or not posting at all :/
