Very well described. One needs to be upto date on the latest restrictions due to Covid. Many activities are closed and additional curbs in place. Also remember, you only get a Government Ferry from Neil Island to Havelock in case you want to do a reverse trip!
A visit to ROSS Island should be included along with North Cove.

From Mumbai, I visited Andaman from 9th October and returned on 17th October, my 8-9 days complete budget was 45k, including Flite tickets, Food, Beach stays, Scooty rental, Watersports and everything.
