Distract yourself as much as possible with as many and diverse activities and stuff you can, simply anything that will keep your mind busy/focused. And ultimately, most importantly, just time dude, time... Try to produce new experiences in your life that maybe will have meaning for you, try to find something important and for that you need action of course. Just do something, ANYTHING. start somewhere, the rest will folow.
