If you are using a standard size hoop then I suggest you practise with the same as it helps builds strength over time however if it very heavy then you can buy hoops made of polypro material which is a lighter than an HDPE hoop. Polypro hoops are available with HulaHoops India. You can buy from them and if you wish to use my code- Supriya100. Mr Bhatia - +91 90011 95401 will guide you on the rest. Delighted to know that you are finding my videos useful. Happy Hooping. :)
@@Hoopwithsupriya do we really need to buy standard hoop or we can buy only polypro hoop?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 if so, then what should be the size of the polypro hoop?
The one I am using here is 38 inches but I would say you can go with a smaller size as well. I used a bigger one to explain here as bigger hoops would take slower rotations on the arm.
Priyanka Saraf would be able to tell once I see your video. Maybe you can send me on Instagram and I can guide you on that. Mostly it happens if your hoop is not in the straight plane on your waist when you kick start it or when you are pushing it by hand and forcing it downwards for a spin. It should be at your waist level. Hope this helps.
Hello Sahitya, you have been blessed ;) Jokes aside, it is pretty normal to get hoop bruises in the beginning the reason mostly is that you are not warming up your body before getting into the fast action with your hoops. Over a period of time as you keep hooping your body would get used to the hit of the hoop around your arms and you would be able to hoop without the hickeys but let me warn you upfront, you would miss then as you progress in your #hoopjourney hehe. Cheers
Brilliant!! This is going to help a lot of novices, like me :-)

Hey Supriya, love your videos! How do I prevent the hoop from going diagonal while waist hooping as well as arm hooping, any tips?

Is anyone else getting hoop hickeys on the arm when starting with this?
