the 17 tain man!!!!! people like andy timons andy james marco sfogli those guys are great but this kind of stuff is so sickkk i cant breathh!!!!!!! the true sacred humans!!!!
There very likely wouldn't BE a Tim Miller as he is today if there hadn't been an Alan Holdsworth a generation before him. The best of the present has ALWAYS built on the best of the past, and Tim is standing proudly on Alan's shoulders.
Tim Miller owes much to Allan. This stuff is very similar to the explorations AH was doing 25 years ago. Even the guitar synthesis is very similar. There's no shame in that as Allan was an extraordinary musician.
Sacré musicien, inspiré par le grand Allan Holdsworth ! C'est le seul guitariste à s'être approché aussi près du jeu d'Allan... les autres grateux n'ont fait que l'imiter, de loin.
tim miller gas been using headless guitars for some time, long before the mid-2010s headless trend started. check out old videos of him with his klein headless. hip stuff.
@@davidbaise5137 Not exactly. There are plenty of good reasons to switch to headless, like tuning stability, balance, etc. I also really love the look and "normal" guitars look ridiculous to me. They look needlessly huge and gaudy. I can't go back now.
The first three minutes are some very lovely atmospheric guitar playing ❤
When Tim plays, time stands still. The clock proves this.

Thanks for this great footage, Tim is really amazing, one of a kind. His playing inspires me so much, just like Allan does.
Tim has the greatest tone I have ever heard
Great playing, great video, great recording quality
What a great musician, respect.
stunning
Amazing!!! Thanks for share!!!
Tim's the greatest!
I wish people would quit mentioning Holdsworth when listening to Tim. Tim is a stand alone musician.

@@ralphmunn1685 Bold statement. All musicians owe to those greats that came before.

@@Fontsman They all owe Mick Goodrick
@@leoosiku Goodrick is a great guitarist. I think Holdsworth and Goodrick are of the same generation and that's about it.
YEIKES!
Tim - heart - Santiago - ridiculous!
That's Sam Minaie on bass (not Minale).
Tim is so advanced that he doesn't need anymore a regular Trem on his guitar
Ari Hoenig comes in with so much pocket 🥵
Tim what kind of pick up's are those? thank's for the inspiration........Le
As far as I know, he still has the stock Kiesel Lithium pickups in that guitar
5:10 the camera man thought the keyboard was playing?

3:33 what the fuck chord is this 🤯
Plays wonderful stuff! Thanks for this! Points off for the cliche of a non-headstock guitar. Sorry.
So why is a non headstock guitar cliche? Or do you mean the player of the non headstock guitar is cliche?
@@brannonevans3685 that type of guitar just screams “I am DIFFERENT!” That’s all I meant.
@@davidbaise5137 Hey, I understand that. I was just curious. I guess Im different, because I play mostly headless guitars.
