About this video -
Today I have shared the recipe of Puranpoli. It is the traditional sweet of Maharashtra which make it with using the soaked chana dal, Jaggery and Wheat Flour. But in Gujarat it makes with using the toor dal. It is the most favourite sweets of everybody. We can serve it with Gujarati Kadhi, Thick Moong Dal & Steamed Rice. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 15 Puranpoli (૧૫ નંગ પૂરણપોળી બનાવવા માટે)
For Prepare the Stuffing (પૂરણ બનાવવા માટે)
2 Cup or 250 grams Toor Dal/Arhar Ki Dal (તુવેરની દાળ)
As required Water (પાણી)
2 tsp or as required Ghee (ઘી)
1 Cup or 150 grams Sugar (ખાંડ)
1 Cup or 125 grams Chopped Jaggery (ગોળ)
1 tsp Cardamom Powder (ઈલાયચી પાવડર)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder (જાયફળ પાવડર)
1 1/2 tsp Poppey Seeds (ખસખસ)
For Prepare the Outer Layer (બહારનું પડ બનાવવા માટે)
3 Cup or 300 grams Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો ઝીણો લોટ)
As required Water (પાણી)
1/2 tsp Oil (તેલ)
As required Rice Flour (For Coat on dough balls) (ચોખાનો લોટ - અટામણ માટે)
