- Carmen Sandiego To Steal or Not Steal
In this Choose-Your-Path interactive movie from Netflix Zack and Ivy get kidnapped by Vile and it's up to you to give Carmen the right choices to save them. There's lots of GAME OVER scenarios including a final "you lose" scenario where Carmen is captured, gagged and mind controlled along with her crew. Good stuff!

Has anybody else gotten a ending where Carmen saved Zack and Ivy, then went to a ice cream parlor, and it turned out they were already wiped?
Apparently no one else has gotten it.
I got that ending when I played this with my dad. Although he got the worst one on his first try and thought bellum was a guy.

In my mind, it would be much better if carmen sandiego was reprogrammed anyway. Then get a chance to play as zack and ivy, who then have to catch carmen sandiego to rescue her and turn her back.
I hope Netflix could do a part 2 of this .

like if, Carmen get them of the vile QG and stay behing for the vile operatives do not take them, Carmen is taken, but, Zack and Ivy gets a way to control Carmen again, and literally put a "protection" on her, so they can re-program she again!

But I also think Zack just pretended to be a dummy and makes jokes. The reasons are: 1. This behavior is like a shield for him, 2. He didn't trust Carmen and he doesn't trust Shadowsan now, 3. He hides something from Ivy

2. Judging by the flashback on how they met Carmen he was always like that so no it's not a mask for him

@@crystaljones2953 1.my theory is Zack act like in front of Carmen and Ivy. Plus he must be angry at Trey not because he is his nemesis. She maybe was Ivy idea to join Carmen. Plus, he didn't say his opinion about her like Ivy when they first met (Ivy said:"wow, bossie")
2. Also judging from the flashback, Zack didn't like to steal and maybe he didn't make so much effort to make a plan. Also,he didn't help Carmen when she asked his assistant.
3. About secrets: well sometimes you keep secrets to protect someone who loves
This is the darkest interactive ending I have ever seen. As if this is the alternate bad ending to Carmen Sandiego if she screwed up.

I've been considering vile code names for Zack and Ivy if they actually DID get reprogramed. Unfortunately I only got one for Zack, calling him Overdrive.

Vile gave them the codenames: Dumdum (Zack)and Dumdee(ivy)
I can come up with so many for Zack but none for Ivy

I'm a guy who finds mind control, brainwashing, possession plots really creepy, and interesting at the same time. This ending is super creepy, but in a cool way.

If you wanna get the BEST ending to the story, here's what to do: trust Julia on the Cleo mission, and do all of the VILE missions. If you do this, this saves Zack and Ivy, Carmen gives the artifacts to Julia, and you get a bonus scene where the cast sing, "Where in the World is Carmen SanDiego."
Im a person who actually finds those plots interesting so this interested me, i also just enjoyed the series. I actually didn't know there where more endings other then the one you stated until i saw some videos

When I first played this, I didn’t know that there were two good endings. The first time I had all the stolen items sent back to Jules, and the other saving Zack and Ivy from VILE’s arctic base and having Tigress help after getting her out of that pit in China.
The disappointment in chief’s face at the end tho-

I wish that this episode had better scene transitions. It's pretty annoying how the episode just skips to a different setting as soon as a decision is made instead of letting the scene play out more naturally. Carmen should've acknowledged the player's decisions after they were made, like "That's probably the right choice. I have to return the favor."
Off topic, but Carmen is the perfect example of 'they made her a hero because she'd be unstopabble as a villain'

And for the worst ending, the Chief seems to be ashamed of this but kicks it up a notch by giving a Trust Julia option, as if she (and the game) felt sorry for us.

i didn’t realize how creepy maelstrom was towards carmen until i saw the very end of this video. i mean... this just strikes as predatory to me. definitely doesn’t feel like a kids show to me. kinda reminds me of count olaf with violet, but very toned down, behavior wise that is.

Me too,this is my second time of watching Carmen Sandigo from the beginning of season 1 and now I am on season 2. I just wish that Carmen Sandigo didn’t end or get cancelled after 4 seasons,don’t get me wrong,I am happy that Carmen Sandigo didn’t end or gets cancelled after season 3 was over.

Bad Ending 1: Pick Rescue Now in the beginning of the game
Bad Ending 2: While doing Coach Brunt’s Caper; Pick the Ride option
Bad ending 3: While doing Countess Cleo’s Caper; pick the “Stash” option
Bad Ending 4: While doing Dr Bellums caper pick the “Hide” option
Bad Ending 5: Leave Tigress and pick Rescue Now in the middle of the game
Bad Ending 6: Pick “Cleo” instead of Bellum.
You must trick Julia to unlock the ending and pick Steal for VILE in the middle of the game, Don’t pick rescue now or you won’t get this ending
Good Ending 1: In the middle of the game pick rescue now In order to do that you must help Tigress, if you don’t, it will be a bad ending
Good Ending 2: Pick Steal for Vile in the middle of the game, You must trust Julia in order to unlock this ending.

Me: See Carmen, isn't this a fun change of pace? Me, you, this city, it's villains. Oh, we were in such a rut, but this ooze is really shakin' things up. I made a deal with Dr. Bellum, she gave me some of her wonderful ooze to play with and in return I gave her the formula for my joker venom, Ha ha ha. Turns out, when you combine the ooze with my little tincture, you get something new, something that not only transforms you, but drives you mad, Ha ha ha ha ha! Of course it's a difficult concoction to make in large doses, why, I only have enough for...ONE!

I am on season 2e1 on Netflix again and I already seen it from season 1-4 but I restarted that series from season 1 because it has action in it and i hope that Carmen Sandigo doesn’t get taken off Netflix anytime soon because it is a Netflix original series.

Kinda sounds like Nico Yazawa kidnapping Carmen but I didn’t care
For season three:
1. What if Vile will try again to control Carmen by catch Zack and Ivy again, but this time Ivy will not feel well. Zack will be worried about her and when she lose her conscience, he will escape and send Carmen a code message (like in the old series). In the end of episode Zack will sacrifice himself for them and he will become a Vile agent.
2. What if will be an alternative universe where Carmen was called by Zack instead of Player. Zack will have a black skin and a scar on his face. He will be like we know (zany, spontaneous and faster) but will be intelligent, ingenious, cautious and manipulative. Zack will save Carmen from Cleaners in First mission of Le Chevre, El Topo, Tigress and Crackle. That universe will be because Zack change something from his past. Ivy will not be with him because she isn't alive in that universe.
3. What if Ivy will betrayed the team and the one who is the most affected is Zack and he will tell something what Ivy doesn't know about their family. At first Ivy was a spy in Acme for the team but Chief convince her to catch Carmen. After Ivy's betrayal, Zack will change and he will be more helpful than ever but he will not smile or make jokes.

She would've said if the viewer doesn't click on either like "Go on." or "I'm not stopping you." or "Take your time."
