Sistermon Ciel was a replacement for Sistermon Noir in the American version of Cyber Sleuth: Hacker’s Memory. She later became her own digimon and a distinct part of the Sistermon lore, trading out Noir’s twin pistols for a really cool sword.

Seeing as I beat Cyber Sleuth and am going through Hacker's Memory, I actually got to see OG gun-toting Ciel. I'd like it if a later game made it so that Ciel and Noir coexist rather than Ciel just being a replacement for the sake of not offending the church. Maybe a third Cyber Sleuth game...?

From what I know, Sistermon Ceil replaced Sistermon Noir in international versions of hacker's memory, and was later given a unique weapon(and role as I think she travels the world instead of staying in one spot like Blanc and Noir) instead of just using Noir's guns(though she still does in the game), we still don't have a true Awakened form of her either so far as I'm aware.

Yeah I remember reading about sistermon ciel, I just looked it up and it seems you are correct that she was essentially a redesign of Sistermon Noir and they gave her a similar colour scheme as Blanc's to avoid offending the catholic church or whatever since Noir's clothes are all black and she is also a nun. But it seems they decided that Ciel can be her own thing as well, and settled on her being the twin sister to noir. And I just found out Noir is in hacker's memory but more like a reskin of the Ciel design from cyber sleuth lol
The hackers memory this is reversed in Japan is sistermon noir but was changed to ciel in the states. (I believe the TCG is also doing this too)

Yeah! Gallantmon Chaos Mode! Anyway I agree on your thoughts about Blucomon (a Digimon I never heard of before, so thank you for for showing me this cool ice dragon Digimon.), it honestly reminds me of the first three main dragon Digimon, and how the mega form is humanoid instead of reptilian. The Wiki article for the mega form also gave me strange Gray Fullbuster vibes with the making ice weapons thing.

Im a bit late but its also the featured digimon for one of the vital bracelet dims
The whole one-off, or super rarely used Digimon thing has always bothered me. It’s like, I get it, there are a LOT of Digimon and some are more popular than others and are more likely to be used, but it bothers me when they create a Digimon or even entire evolution lines, use them once, and then either never use them again or only use them in extremely sparse or obscure instances such as V-Pets. Examples I can think off the top of my head are Reapermon, and the Vorvomon and Jazamon lines from Digimon Links.
Yeah I don't disagree, at least the V-Pets are keeping some obscure Digimon alive tho, albeit in a smaller way
@@Karn_EX I suppose, though I’ve personally never been much a fan of the V-Pets myself.
For me personally, a Gallantmon Chaos Mode would be dope to see in the anime. But instead I would rename it to "ChaosGallantmon Midnight Mode/Fallen Mode." or a similar name for the mode change. It'd be the equivalent to Omnimon Zwart but obviously for Gallantmon CM. Also the Bulucomon is really, really cool. It's great to see Digimon finally get a creature that becomes an Ice Dragon throughout its growth from rookie to mega.

I know that question was random but I feel like a digimon can evolve into several different things. And if that’s the case, is that just depend on the game or the show or is there like and official evolution tree for each digimon

Rock on I’m an SNK fanboy too and Toho’s Godzilla and obviously Digimon we are officially BEST FRIENDS!! Wow Citramon lol I remember him as I am a fan of Data Squad/Savers great comeback after Frontier which is the weakest point of the series IMO but one thing that was off was the sizing of Digimon like I remember Kokatorimon and this subspecies of Nanimon being sizes of freakin buildings as they were shown to be human sized originally in Adventures I knew Bombernanimon was a OG Digimon since the era of when I watched Adventures 02 cause I had the card he was like Tsukaimon to Patamon or Psychemon to Gabumon and all those wild Digimon in Digimon World 1 that are color variants of OG Digimon. Speaking of which noticed the nostalgic background music of Digimon World 2 the Trading Center and the Blue Falcon base!! I seen that Gallantmon Chaos Mode as a toy only but ChaosGallantmon is dope both designs remind me of ShadowSeraphimon or Ophanimon Falldown Mode!! Lol that giant house that is Puppetmon’s servant is a Digimon. That last Digimon Blucmon looks SUPER BADARSE and his line he kinda looks like Dorumon, Veemon and Gabumon put in a blender!!! Blucomon was the first Digimon designed in China that was actually in anything that got released; before that, there was a cancelled manhua called Digimon: Legendary Skies that was going to have over 30 new Digimon in it.
Speaking of Zilla, they should bring him back in the new Godzilla anime coming next year, they include freakin Gabara so why not Zilla? Zilla is a pretty damn cool design after all, only problem was that Tristar tried to pass it as "Godzilla".

My friend & I created a Digimon Line where a Blue Tailmon eventually becomes LegalAngewomon. I don't remember her exact details although she was supposed to be a lawyer angel wearing a suit, tie, & skirt (I can't remember if they were more blue or white though) with attacks involving heavenly justice.

The line is digimon have digicores meaning they are sentient and feel pain then there are digital life forms which are the same as digi except no digicore and sometimes no pain or emotion and are sometimes sentient and then there are humans who feel emotions and pain

It might be cool to see either a list or video of some kind focusing on Digimon made fans.
Not like fake Digimon or anything along those lines, real Digimon accepted and used by Bandai created by fans.
Unlike many other monster catching/ caring franchises, Digimon has some creatures made by fans.
Digimon like Orochimon and Omekamon are some I think are good examples of this.

Digimon is any digital monster with a digicore thats why when dex dorugramon evolve into dexmon it not longer is a digimon becaasu as stataed on dexmon profile on the reference book it doesnt have a digicore . Thats also why appmons are't tecnicaly digimons and why the d-reaper yggdrasil and omeostasis aint digimons either

Depends on the American. Liberals tend to be censor happy and uncreative while conservatives tend to be creative and passionate. Ask a right-wing populist to create a Digivolution line for Calumon and you could end up with an angelic lion digimon known as Genesismon or a God man digimon with angelic wings and a sword. Yet both forms could dedigivolve or digivolve other digimon at will.
I thought it was the opposite, although the real problem is that America is way too divided to where things like quality are all over the place. I created a Digimon with 1 of my best friends named LegalAngewomon, although we created her so that she wouldn't need to be censored in most regions. I'm sure there's probably some insane ultrareligious misogynist nation out there who would censor her. I'm liberal because the conservatives support pollution, racism, & harming the middle class to make Billionaires richer.

Sistermon Ciel was a palette swap of Sistermon Noir for Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory, North American Version.
It was unfortunately kept for the Switch and PC release for the rest of the world...
She later got adapted into her own Digimon, making slight design changes, and giving her a Katana.
But even MORE unfortunate Bandai continues to use her to CENSOR Sistermon Noir, in the new TCG.
In BT6 which contains Sistermon Ciel and Noir, the Sistermon Noir card has been COMPLETELY REPLACED by Sistermon Ciel, charging the art, name, and even type (from Virus to Data), but keeping the same card number.
Personally I have grown to absolutely hate Sistermon Ciel because of Bandai, it's a good design and her story fits well for the Gankoomon Sistermon Hackmon story, but I absolutely hate unnecessary censorship.
The first one is not even a digimon its just a shit transletion😂
