But also the steppe lancers has too much range, considering it attacks the air in front of the target, in my own mod i set all steppe lancers and spear lines a 0.75 range, the eagle line a 0.4 range and the kamayuk a 0.95 range, because having 1 full range make them able to attack enemies behind the wall

And specifically the royal armouries barding you reference was for horses that were 152-163 cm tall. Wikipedia even gives a height of 132-142 cm for Irish Hobby horses, which were considered small and light even at the time. Mongol horses were smaller on average than even the horses used by European light cavalry and large Mongol horses were the size of small European warhorses. And it's worth noting that Arabians are also 145-155 cm tall. So this wasn't/isn't even just a European thing. Mongol horses are short and stocky compared to most other horses and you'd probably have to go back to antiquity for that to not be the case.

Ratha is pronounced along the lines of "Ruh-thuh" rather than like "Wrath" - Ratha in sanskrit translates literally to "Chariot" Shrivamsha is pronounced like "Shree-Vum-Shah", like the "vam" taking a shorter "vum" sound rather than like "wham". Shri is a deity in Indian religions and vamsha translates to "dynasty". So Shrivamsha riders would be "Dynasty of Shri" :)

Building Donjons is actually a religious ritual for the Sicilians. After being converted, they leave that practise behind in adherence to their new religion.
So, if the Ratha will adopt the new civ's bonuses when switching weapons, does that mean they can also lose some in certain scenarios? For example, I make a custom civ with the Barracks units +3 armor, and give that civ the Ratha and Anarchy, will the Ratha lose it's +3 pierce armor?
If you have less upgrades than the original owner of the Ratha did it's going to be a downgrade to switch. It 'forgets' its original owner's upgrades and uses yours whatever it is.
If I remember correctly (and I might be very much out of date because the latest version I played is Age of Conquerors), with Anarchy the Huskarl you create at the Castle and the Huskarl you create at the Barracks are two different units that look identical. If you have both of them in your army, double clicking one only selects the Huskarls that were created from the same building type, and not the other one. (Although the question still remains, if a custom civ with Anarchy and Ratha has one converted by another custom civ with Anarchy and some Barrack unit bonus, what happens?)
Fun Fact about the Tarkan: their biggest nerf was going from HD to Definitive, when they had the "thwump" sound removed from their attack.

Yeah. Even with the shorter range, if their projectiles moved as slowly as cannon galleons' they'd have a hard time hitting anything non-stationary.

So, if the Ratha will adopt the new civ's bonuses when switching weapons, does that mean they can also lose some in certain scenarios?
For example, I make a custom civ with the Barracks units +3 armor, and give that civ the Ratha and Anarchy, will the Ratha lose it's +3 pierce armor?
If you have less upgrades than the original owner of the Ratha did it's going to be a downgrade to switch. It 'forgets' its original owner's upgrades and uses yours whatever it is.
If I remember correctly (and I might be very much out of date because the latest version I played is Age of Conquerors), with Anarchy the Huskarl you create at the Castle and the Huskarl you create at the Barracks are two different units that look identical. If you have both of them in your army, double clicking one only selects the Huskarls that were created from the same building type, and not the other one.
(Although the question still remains, if a custom civ with Anarchy and Ratha has one converted by another custom civ with Anarchy and some Barrack unit bonus, what happens?)

War waggons realy have been treated unfairly for a long time...
They should really be replaced by hwachas; we already have the organ gun, it'd be something fairly similar, but really cool looking with the rockets.
