"When there is suffering given by Krishna, a devotee does not take seriously suffering. A devotee thinks, It is the favor of Krishna that he has put me into suffering. They never see suffering as suffering. It is favor of Krishna. That is devotee's vision. It is exactly like a son who knows his father well. If the father slaps, the son never protests. He knows that it is good for me. Similarly, a devotee is never disturbed when there is suffering given by Krishna." Srila Prabhupada Bombay - May 02, 1974

I found this Satsang to be vary poignant and meaningful; thank you Charan:)
This reminds me of the saying Sat Guru Maharaji used to say; "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink.... but you can salt their food." He also used to say "im bring you to the light, willingly, or kicking and screaming."
It also reminds me of responsible personalism. Krishna has not personified the Brahmin to the extent that impersonal sufferings are "Krishna's will." No Karma is Karma, impersonal and universal. Krishna would spare us all suffering if it were possible, but instead all that can be done is to teach us to meditate on the holy name to enable us to save ourselves.

    Hare Krishna Prabhu Dandvat Pranam,
In this you explained how we should take the suffering or the attitude while going through the suffering but the original question is unanswered what is causing suffering karma or Krishna?

He explained that it is difficult to pinpoint a particular cause for suffering. Thus we should focus on the purpose of suffering Also Krishna in Bhagavad Gita explains gahanam karmano gatih - the workings of Karma is very complicated, it is not easy to pinpoint specific cause. Cause of devotee's suffering could be either Krishna's mercy or one's past actions. Again, one need to remember that devotees are also in different categories : kanistha, madhyama, and uttama. Thus we cannot expect that all suffering of the devotees is Krishna's mercy without considering the level of advancement of a particular devotee. A pure devotee or Maha Bhagavata who has completely burnt out all his karma , may experience suffering because of special mercy of Krishna, others may be experiencing suffering due to one's own karma or a combination of both. In either case, Krishna's mercy will act depending on our level of surrender ( ye yatha mam prapadyante). A sincere devotee never thinks why Krishna is giving me so much suffering, but, instead, he thinks that I am receiving much less suffering than I deserved, only because Krishna has personally intervened and have reduced my extent of suffering, thus Krishna is very merciful. This is the mood of a devotee.

But the irony is that if we think like this then we may become lax to our responsibilities.for ex if I face trouble at my job and think like that then won't I be irresponsible towards my work?may be I am not doing my duty properly that is why I am facing such trouble.
    Please solve this doubt.

Suffering is created in the mind based on perceptions. Suppose one gets disease, then he/she need to differentiate between pain and suffering. Pain will be definitely there in the body, but no suffering in the mind. Suffering comes by our negative perceptions.

Bhai khud pehle clear ho Jaao what you want to convey... this academic gyanbaaji and verbose is precisely the reason why the younger generation is questioning our rituals and practices.
Please watch Swami Anubhavananda ji's lectures, may be you will get better clarity on what you want to speak.

Ok you may not understand because of your lack of knowledge about the subject, but dont give your useless motivational speakers suggestions. Everyone in this generation is well educated and can relate them, not like you who cannot understand anything and giving suggestion of some bogus baba's lecture.
