I just did corner switching without knowing how to play tongue blocking which seems very hard.😹😹😹 But the explanation regarding the tongue and muscle memory… absolutely amazing!👍🏻
Thanks Sarah, much appreciated!! I talk a lot and sometimes I guess some of my videos can be a little longwinded, I am just trying Not just to Tell you what to do, but WHY to do things in a certain way. It just sticks a lot better. Thanks for your encouragement!!
@@kazhilly I'm new to the harmomica and I've watched a few videos on here but just like your approach. Is it just the 5 tutorial videos you've made or are there more?
Hi Sarah, I am planning to do more videos, but I have been on holiday, and after that I have been ridiculously busy with writing out a total of 19 complete tunes for an event for the NHL, that has taken the last 4 weeks to complete and was Only finished earlier Today. So Hopefully I now have more time again to record some videos......
Hi Pinaki. Thanks for your question. My harmonica is the Suzuki SCT-128 tremolo chromatic. It is a very intricate and Lovely instrument, I had mine for 10 years now and I absolutely Love it.
@@kazhilly Sir, Thanks for your Response. And I am so delighted to know about your beautiful Harmonica. I am in doubt, if it's available now or not. Once again thanks for your concern. Regards 😇🙏

Dear Sir, I am a Harmonica player from India. And I have a good collection of it. Yes, your model is available in Amazon. But before ordering it. I need to think twice. Because it's too expensive. In Indian money it's around 1 lakh. ( 1 us dollar is about ₹ 77. Only Because you have been using this, your reference values a lot to me. Please, Suggest 😇🙏
Hi Sabyasachi, it seems that you have just deleted your comment here...?? what do you mean by lip blocking...?? Lip blocking is not used on a chromatic harmonica, but you use lip blocking on other harmonicas, like chord harmonicas without valves. I have demonstrated lip blocking here in another one of my videos on my chord harmonica, but I don’t see any use for lip blocking on a chromatic harmonica??
Dear hilvert, do you live in holland? Your accent sounds so dutch but it sounds like you’ve lived in england for a while haha 😅 and if you live around the randstad do you do lessons??
how do you change embouchure for the lower notes on the 16 hole ,especially if you have to go from draw note to a low draw note ,it doesn't seem a very easy technique to me
Hi Martin, how nice to see your comment here, I hope Jane and Yourself are both all right! I must say I don’t quite understand your question, I’m sorry. I don’t see how you would change your Embouchure between octaves? I keep my Embouchure pretty much the same anywhere on my harmonica, I guess in the lower octave you would breathe differently, a little harder maybe, but I’m not aware of changing my Embouchure between octaves. Sorry if my answer disappoints you, my apologies.
@@kazhilly hi hope you are all well. the problem I have is me because no matter which harmonica I have is common to all of them, one of them things you must be doing something right and I am not, it could be to do with my breathing control. Thanks anyway

You could confuse beginners by playing your TREMOLO Suzuki - they will always hear are least two reeds!
Do you like the tremolo?
Yes, I Love the double-Reed tremolo sound, just love it.....
What harmonica are you using in the videos?
Hi Chris, thanks for asking. my harmonica is the Suzuki SCT-128 Double reed tremolo.
@@kazhilly your videos have helped quite a bit. Thank you for making them!
@@chrisluciano5871 Thank you so much, I am glad you found them helpful.
Why are you using a tremolo harmonica-- not exactly a standard chromatic.
Hi Charles, mainly because it was the only chromatic harmonica I had at that time when this video was recorded, as I explained in the video.
👍👍👍👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏
