    Amazing tutorial...
But can you tell what is the frequency of Loading cycle and how many cycles are applied in this analysis?

oh my god!!!! sir ur explanation soo beautiful.
I'm blessed to find ur blog in youtube.
One request, is there any possibilities that would u consider analysis via MSC Adams software?..If so when Sir, Im eager to watch and learn first

I am doing Ansys with watching your video.
My working is quite similar with yours but mine is without hole!
so could you please perform fatigue analysis about plate without hole?
    what is different with yours..?

    you're the best, but I have a problem, I can't change the material, I want to use different materials, Al 7075 T6, Al 2014 T4, Al2024 T3 & Al 2014 T6 and I don't know why I can't choose them, and I don't know the properties involved

Sure. Let me know what kind of complicated geometry you have in mind? Email it to me so that I can upload it. Thanks.

I know this is an old video, but at 4:55 when "fatigue tool" is selected, I cannot choose this option as it is grey and inactive. I can choose stress tool, contact tool, and bolt tool. How can I make this option available?

Each steel element might have its own detail category (therefore - S-N curve) due to the different national codes, type of detail, manufacture conditions... So is S-N curve that you have in analysis applicable for this case and where do you find it?

Hi, Thank you for the video. It was really helpful. My question is that the student version of Ansys has some limitations on mesh and node numbers. Do you have any idea how to cross this limitations. Thanks.

hai.. i want to ask. do we need to state and write down all the cycle and alternating stress for the Alternating Stress Mean Stress in engineering data? or does it appear automatically after fatigue analysis?

    Hey Ajit,
Thanks for the tutorial. I am performing pressure vessel analysis where my pressure fluctuates from 2 barg to 10 barg. I have performed static analysis for these two different pressure by changing analysis setting to 2.
However, for fatigue analysis how do we input these pressure cycles and the total number of cycles to be 10000.
    Please advise

Hello: The Plate dimensions are 1000 mm x 400 mm x 10 mm. Hole is 200 mm diameter located at the center of the plate. Thanks.
