It‘s unbelievable that how far has Hyundai went. Back in the early 2000s if you tell people that you want a Hyundai, you will get laughed at. Now, you can confidently say that “I want a Hyundai”.

2:33 It was the truck my father used for work. Unfortunately the car was scrapped in 2010 because of a breakdown... but it was a sturdy and good truck! It doesn't appear in the video, but Hyundai is producing many other bus and truck models.

I run a coupe 1998 had it for 5 years still going strong .
Sometimes living in North America you forget how painfully slow most vehicles are outside of the continent. 2011-2014 Sonata had an optional 2.0L turbo engine that made 274hp & did 0-60 in 6.5 seconds vs the 1.9L 162hp one shown in the video that takes almost 10 seconds to hit 60.

The only problem I have with my 2020 Santa Fe SE is that the engine (2.4L 4 cyl.) has no power.

I have the hyundai coupe or a.k.a tiburon here in asia, its a powerful car, fun to drive, clocked at 240k miles or 370000km. Not been giving me any major issues. Even at an old age, it still turn heads of people, love the curves of the car and the interior
Just bought a 99 model😁
I wouldn't say it's powerful. I have a 2.0L Automatic with 140hp and a modded 2.7L V6 Manual with 200hp (172hp stock).
Not to mention my V6 is fairly heavy compared to other sporty coupes of the time. Just under 3000lbs.
My favourite is the palisade

My Grandpa's last car was the Autos on 3:53. Don't remember much since he passed away but it was always wacky to drive in that little thing. I remember him talking and getting angry because "it's not going faster!" (he forgot to shift, oh boy), and another time when we drove onto a 4 lane wrong way road! Yikes. RIP Grandpa. He had this thing in Chelmek, Poland, and really liked it for the most part

When I see how Hyundai, has revolutionized from back in the 1967 to the present, you can notice traces of Mitsubishi, like the Montero(Pajero), the Mirage, and some other models, there are also traces of Mazda/ KIA, I know Hyundai was first imported by Mitsubishi Motors.
Hyundai Creta 2019..loving it still. Its only 9 months old.The 2019 model you highlighted is in fact 2020 model.

Hyundai is my favorite. I have owned a 95 Excel, 02 Accent, 07 Azera (which is missing from this video btw) and currently own a 2018 Elantra. I hope to one day get a Tiburon maybe an 01 or 04.

We had a 1984-1/2 Hyundai Pony GLS. Was one of the first in CANADA. I worked at a Hyundai dealership at the time and every time a new part to be tested came out my car went into the shop and had it installed. In the 2 years I owned the car it had 4 ''new and improved'' exhaust system replaced. And I lost track of the number of their shoddy ignition points I had replaced. Quality was NOT JOB #1 at the factory at that time so I eventually sold the car and purchased a VOLVO.

First the facelift of the original Starex of the 90s
>2000 it got the SVX facelift and updated engine
>2004 it got its first GRX facelift and CRDI engine
>2006 it got its second GRX facelift
The second H1 in 2008 (and its subsequent facelift) was called Grand Starex in Korea and most markets
Santro Xing 2003, i20(2014) and Creta are my all time favourite... Hyundai Motorsports WRC had worst seasons performance since 2000 debut to 2003 season to withdraw in Italy San Remo Rally but later returned back in 2014 season with new i20 car which claimed first win in 2014 Germany Deutschland by Belgian driver Thierry Neuville

솔직히 말많고 탈많던 아반떼 md 이후로 엄청많이 나아지긴 했음
아직까지 주행성능은 많이 떨어지지만 가격대비 옵션은 최고인듯

I have owned so many different models of Audis for the last 25 years but it does not really got my heart pumping until I got my self I30N , it is just fun to drive ....really fun... I still have my Audi but very often I drive i30N.. MUCH MORE FUN THAN GOLF GTI for sure...

Hyundai has come a long way and is improving their vehicles every year.. In fact, I would say that Hyundai is more reliable than most American or European vehicles.. However, the Japanese still make the most reliable vehicles by a long shot.... Nothing beats Toyota/ Lexus when it comes to reliability..
Comrade only way Hyundai beats the Japanese is the cost of ownership of their vehicles. While they maintain good reliability, their cost and their parts are extremely cheap compared to others.
We have had 4 Hyundai vehicles, 2008 Santa Fe, 2013 Santa Fe, 2015 Sonata (still have) and just bought a 2020 Santa Fe Limited 2.0L
