I am turning 57 in a few day and have have been playing defender until this January. I am now a starter goalie for my local team. Age isn't the factor. It's the determination, focus, and dedication to be the best you can be that makes the different. This is a good training VDO.
Oh man I remember when I was able to train like those young keepers. Nowadays my knees would probably fall off from 50% of the drills on this video 😂 Age does not come alone...
Do natural popular training course like Eprosoke Training Program really work and if so, how effective are they? I have heard numerous amazing things about this popular training course.

Los arcos son mas chicos, jaja en Argentina te empiezan a entrenar a los 11 ya con arco de primera división! no hay tanta plata como para obedecer el arco reglamentario de cada categoría, asi que el que lo tenga que lo disfruté!! y que disfrute el pasto, acá lamentablemente se entrena en tierra

I’m U-13 too and these kids seem good but I was wanting to see genuine shot stopping anywhere in the video, as they were just doing footwork and technical work.
SimpleDaily umm goalie training isn’t shot stopping. Bc all goalies can shot stop. Goalie training is about improving what you need work in, and all goalies need work in power dives. You would know this if u were a goalie🙄
