LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The fact that Kevin Owens gives props to all the behind-the-scenes people! Every interview I see with him, I like him more and more. He’s incredibly humble, and somebody that I just continue to root for.
Kevin and Sami winning the tag titles this Wrestlemania was one of the most satisfying and emotional moments for me as a fan. What an absolutely amazing journey for these two amazing wrestlers. I really hope we get an Owens vs Zayn world title match as a main even at a Wrestlemania someday.
Had the chance of meeting Kevin this week at a concert and was impress with his kindness. We couldn't get into his section, because it was for vip, but i asked him if I could take a picture with him and with my son... he came down in our section, shook my hand, took and picture with me and one with my son and was really kind. I hope many celebrities are has friendly as he was !!
One thing that stood out to me in this talk, is when he was talking about being a champion Kevin said "who cares" then went on to say the belt is just just a prop. I think that was big of him to say, cause we gotta remember pro wrestling isn't like boxing or mma or any combat sports where the fighters compete to be at the top, to be champion, where the belt symbolizes that. Pro wrestling is a show, there's a story, a good guy and a bad guy, and they're playing out the story between them according to the script given to them. Kevin showed that being a "champion" in pro wrestling isn't the main priority, it's having the best story that is. Having the storyline people are gravitated to watch and follow, that's whats important. Whoever is crowned the champion is just along for the storyline.
Great to see that Kev isn't just one of the greatest wrestlers of his generation but that he's also a pretty awesome human being. One of my all-time favorites for sure. Hope he'll eventually get that moment with Sami at WM, that would be perfect.
Kevin and Roman feud years ago and recently, was one of my faves, idk if it’s underrated, but people don’t give as much attention to that as they should. I wished Ariel asked him about his feud with Roman for past 3 years, the chemistry and matches.
He is a GREAT superstar. He is so humble, so down to earth, that he does not even realize that he is in the 5 top wrestlers in the industry right now. Well... THAT is a legend!!
As a Canadian who has been living abroad for nearly 20 years, Sammy in Montreal was special, especially wearing the Habs shirt. Montreal is Canada’s City. Toronto is America and UN. It was a Canadian moment!!
Gotta say, there's always been something Kevin that reminds me a bit of the old school, and i couldn't put my finger on what it was until this interview. He's Dusty. Not the character, but the person. The dude is so humble, and wants nothing more than to enjoy his time, and give back. I could see him easily transition to running the promo school at the PC, and even be a coach.
Kevin is finally such a veteran it’s crazy to see people I thought I’d never want to see even on tv as the veterans of wwe people like owens zayn usos reigns Rollins balor but they’ve all grown on me
French canadian we are very humble people .I like Kevin is still down to earth .The first time i saw Kevin wrestle was in 2012 at GEW 10th anniversary in Gramby he was ROH champ and cut a french heel promo before the match .I thought he was a english speaker only because of is Steen last name .He wrestle a great match that night i became intant fan after that saw him a couple time more in the indy before he went to WWE even met him and is dad after a show and me and my buddy take a picture with him !!!
This is a great sit down. Shame Kevin is carrying an injury just now. Hopefully nothing too serious and they can really get into a good program with the judgement day
One of my favorite guys in Wrestling, inside AND outside the ring... Kevin is just a great guy and as much as I enjoy his Tag Team run with Sami, I would love to see another big Single's Title run from him someday 👍 Fantastic interview!
What a great interview with one of the best in the business 👏 Kevin main evented the biggest wrestling show in the world "wrestlemania" with the best professional wrestler in the history stone cold steve austin, that's much bigger than any title he got nothing to prove but he certainly deserves another world title reign 👌
If WWE does not pull the trigger on a talent at the right time whilst they are at their peak they will end up being a Dolph ziggler. This is what happened to KO, Rob Van Dam, Cody Rhodes during his first run and at WM this year, Riddle, Bobby Roode, Keith Lee, Jericho, Booker T, Shelton Benjamin, Ryback, Bray Wyatt.
I heard him on an episode of Colt Cabana's podcast in like 2012/2013 talking about how close he is to quitting as he felt his chance in WWE had come and gone. How things changed!!
Breaking News: At one point, Big Cass was strongly considered as a potential Universal Champion by WWE. Didn't expect that, esp with how his run there ended! As for this interview itself....bloody excellent! What a guy, humble, giving props to the crew etc 👍One thing re the meaning of titles...Kevin downplays their importance a bit but if he hadn't of been NXT Champion at the time, Cena likely wouldn't have picked him. That said the other point is also true...he did not hold a title between 2017-2023, 6 years but he was still a top guy and that says something!
Man, it's so frustrating hearing them talk about what could have been with Sami. Look, I know people love Roman now and everything but I can't help but feel like keeping his reign going has robbed us of some genuinely amazing moments.
It's been a lazy run since Wrestlemania. He just wrestles the same couple of guys, again and again, and even THEN only once every 100 days or so. What a boring title run Roman is on.
This interview is execllent people ya alright and when he open up a body the wear and tear and ring shawn in the car and talk too vince like whoa this is a execllent interview he just tell use like it is people he i never know he worried a about a lot of stuff like jesus christ well KO for tell the true man
Wwe missed out on the ultimate moment that's really never been captured in wrestling history. If Sami wins in that building, that reaction and celebration was something we needed to see and now we will never see it. What the fck bro that sickens me
Wwe chose the right path choosing Sami, Ko and bloodline to main event wrestlemania. Rhea & charlotte had a amazing match but looking at now what’s she’s done, wwe hasn’t used her well other then Dominic’s girl.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The fact that Kevin Owens gives props to all the behind-the-scenes people! Every interview I see with him, I like him more and more. He’s incredibly humble, and somebody that I just continue to root for.
One of the best interviews with a wrestler I've seen in a long time. Owens appeared open and honest and I love what he says about having humility.
He wrestled Austin in a Wrestlemania, he won at life . Nothing else to prove
Main evented WM against SCSA. I cant believe that actually happens because anyone would pick that over any title win
And being THEE reason for Austin to come back to the ring for a match makes it even sweeter
I love how ariel let kevin talk for like 7 minutes uninterrupted
Had the chance of meeting Kevin this week at a concert and was impress with his kindness. We couldn't get into his section, because it was for vip, but i asked him if I could take a picture with him and with my son... he came down in our section, shook my hand, took and picture with me and one with my son and was really kind. K.O giving credit to The Usos warms my heart. What a guy
I could listen to KO for hours. Love his work and he is a great example of a fan who when transitioning into a worker, just gets it.

I love how Ariel sits patiently while they talk.
For real, so many interviewers don't know when to sit back and listen nowadays.
Owens is one of the wrestlers good as both face and heel.....
Kevin and Roman feud years ago and recently, was one of my faves, idk if it’s underrated, but people don’t give as much attention to that as they should. I wished Ariel asked him about his feud with Roman for past 3 years, the chemistry and matches.
Before this interview, Kevin Owens was one of my favorite wrestlers (WWE Superstars). After this interview, Kevin Steen is one of my favorite people.

Kevin Owens is so open with everything a true professional and yes we need to see KO vs Sami for the World title at WM 40
I've been a big ko fan even before he went to WWE. He is such a good person inside and outside the ring.
Kevin is finally such a veteran it’s crazy to see people I thought I’d never want to see even on tv as the veterans of wwe people like owens zayn usos reigns Rollins balor but they’ve all grown on me
Great interview. Kevin seems like a open book not shy to answer any questions. Nice job Ariel Helwani.

Broken ribs
2 legends from Québec , 1 interview! Amazing job Ariel 🇨🇦💙
One of the best interviews by a wwe superstar ever. BRAVO Kevin Owens
Thank u Kevin Owens that was such an honest and amazing interview. Great work by Ariel always 👏👏👏
So damn humble. Don’t leave the business Kev!!
KO is so lovable and I always feel excited when I see him on TV, One of my Favorite guys inside and outside of the Ring
One of my favorite guys in Wrestling, inside AND outside the ring... Kevin is just a great guy and as much as I enjoy his Tag Team run with Sami, I would love to see another big Single's Title run from him someday 👍
Fantastic interview!
My all time favorite wrestler. Really enjoyed it. I hope he will get a World-Title again in the future.
Before he retires, he needs to have more than one world title run. Kevin Owens is simply a badass! Great interview
Thinking about a heel kevin owens wwe champion fighting babyface sami zayn at the main event of Wrestlemania in a few years gives me chills.
What a legend, hats off to Quebec
Kevin Owens headlined WrestleMania with Stone Cold Steve Austin. Only other guys who can say they did that are Shawn Michaels and The Rock.
I love the thumbnails when Ariel is doing the biggest smile, and his guest just look mad and upset 😂😂😂
Love love love Kevin Owens - love his humility
As a fellow 🇨🇦 I love Kevin Owens! 🫱🏻🫲🏼
One of the best wrestling interviews I've seen
KO Main Evented 2 WrestleManias in a row....Crazy
his voice.......its so.....not what it is on WWE...and.....i love it
The fact that if he had it his way he would want to get the title just so he could drop it to Sami at Mania almost got me to cry.
Love this interview.Kevin is a good guy
KO is underrated bro 110%
What a great interview with one of the best in the business 👏
Kevin main evented the biggest wrestling show in the world "wrestlemania" with the best professional wrestler in the history stone cold steve austin, that's much bigger than any title he got nothing to prove but he certainly deserves another world title reign 👌
Heel KO deserves a world title one more time!
Thank u kevin owens. Amazing superstar
The next interview needs to be LA Knight Yeah!
YEAH!
Amazing interview once again by Ariel

Lighting is much easier on the eyes here. Nice job Ariel y team!
Kevin's dad sounds like Ricochets' dad! In my daydream they're best friends both so proud of their sons 😊
At 22:00 he drops some Gold 🔥
Its crazy ppl thinking about him retiring lmao he was a top guy etc
Was?
He still is
he's almost 40 so yeah its that stage now
Welcome to TNT, KO!
These are great. But this felt like some hard hitting honesty. Well said KO. Ariel keep up the great work.
Your content continues to be tremendous.
KOs French accent really comes out in casual conversations
My boy Headlined Mania with the return of STONE COLD come on = I get his feelings...hes the best of the best.
No KO was very important part of the bloodline storyline!
He needs to be on commentary. I can easily see him as one of the greats.
Love the humility from KO 💯
Beautiful humble hard working dude 💓💓💓
Proud Canadian , thanks Ariel and Kevin 🇨🇦💙
Man.....I LIKE Kev. Always thought I would, now I know.
How does KO not make a card, seriously he could have an amazing match with anyone,
Hopefully both KO & Sami Zayn win the WWE World Heavyweight championship a couple of times each before they retire .
Humble dude
One of the most talented wrestlers on the roster and def should get another title run. Someone other then Roman or Seth.
Kevin c'est le meilleur
one of the greatest
Ko and Sz has no story yet. Its crazy.
Terrific interview. Never heard KO this honest
I heard him on an episode of Colt Cabana's podcast in like 2012/2013 talking about how close he is to quitting as he felt his chance in WWE had come and gone. How things changed!!

I really liked KO, but this interview really made me like KO. Very cool.
Steen has always been such a nice guy
Good interview
It’s just kinda crazy that so much talent have the same frustrations cm punk had back in 2014
KO on TNT Sports. Forbidden Door 😂😂
Heal up KO💪 wishing for speedy recovery
Kevins needs another world title heel run
I LOVE KEVIN OWNES
This is the first time I’ve heard Kevin’s accent
24:36 Kevin sells himself so short just with the start of the head of the table turn of Roman when they fueded during the pandemic.
Great interview
He should be champ again
Talented❤
probably top 3 in WWE
Kevin’s biggest curse is that he’s one of the few wrestlers who can lead an entertaining storyline without needing a title to be involved
Very much like the Undertaker.
U can tell Kevin will be an awesome producer once he hangs em up
Man, it's so frustrating hearing them talk about what could have been with Sami.
@@jameslove-vani797 he's not a champion, he is simply a title holder at this point.
He's grown up a lot since his early steen days. Even cornette respects him now.
Ariel "if I'm being honest" Helwani.
Aw man, KO would be a magnificent color commentator!!
This interview is execllent people ya alright and when he open up a body the wear and tear and ring shawn in the car and talk too vince like whoa this is a execllent interview he just tell use like it is people he i never know he worried a about a lot of stuff like jesus christ well KO for tell the true man
Be careful KO, your moveset is dangerous. Great interview, KO is a class act.
Give KO the world title run we want!
`wait wait wait wait.........they were thinking at some point of putting the universal title on Big Cass!!?!?!? Wow... fans dodged a bullet there.
Ariel Helwani meets Jamahal Hill next
Wwe missed out on the ultimate moment that's really never been captured in wrestling history. If Sami wins in that building, that reaction and celebration was something we needed to see and now we will never see it. What the fck bro that sickens me
Wwe chose the right path choosing Sami, Ko and bloodline to main event wrestlemania. Rhea & charlotte had a amazing match but looking at now what’s she’s done, wwe hasn’t used her well other then Dominic’s girl.
She has no believable threats. She’s gonna be champ until Wrestlemania 40 for sure, maybe Summerslam 2024.
