Good luck with that camera. I had real bad luck with that company and will not ever have another one. I had problems with 2 of them (the 65 and 85) customer service is terrible and I have 2 cameras that do not work and instead of giving me my money back they insist on sending me more cameras.
sorry you had such a bad experience with them so far mine is working good. hopefully they will continue to work for me because I really like the way the cy95 is.
