This show is actually written by Arthur Koppit and was the first major musical based on the novel The Phantom of the Opera, predating Andrew Lloyd Weber's more famous musical that is far more widely performed now. Takarazuka did the original Japanese langauge translation of Koppit's musical and of course, all the direction is their own/far better than the one other (English language) performance of the Koppit musical I've ever seen. But the music and original lyrics are adapted from the Koppit musical.

I've seen the full show of this on the internet somewhere. It's a really unique reimagining of the Phantom of the opera by Takarazuka.
