Im excited to see what you do with the new space and how your going to make the layout of the city! You mentioned in past videos that you live in so cali, do you go to the lego store in la jolla or in the disneyland area? Because the pick a brick at la jolla is pretty small. (i also live in so cali)

That's awesome, you can only do so much with little space and once you run out I feel like it would be a bit hard to do anything. The city looks awesome but now if things go well, it can be built bigger and better. Probably can make a new table layout too. Looking forward to see the start of the new city. I only started watching a month or 3 ago, so I didn't get to see the big process.

Hyped for the new layout, If possible I think a beach resort near the beach area would be pretty cool, like a small hotel or beach houses with a nice little resort area with a restaurant and such.

I knew from the beginning what you meant. I was telling myself that they got a new house. lol! Anyway, congrats. Just one question. You don't have space in the house to do the city? Garage is going to get pretty hot in the summer time and it honestly might not be as much space as you think it is. I just don't see it as a space where it will be comfortable to do this kind of a thing.
Thanks! The garage luckily faces North, and should remain cool. There's also a way to add AC if needed, as the garage is essentially finished with drywall, epoxy, etc
