    -Way to Kundalini is through Food habits-
    Whatever you want, for that right effort is needed in the right direction.
    You have to ask yourself why haven't I been getting desired results? What wrong pattern am i following.
    First step is to observe this process non judgmentally, to enquire.
    Don't let your emotions have a say, bring back your attention to the I(intelligence) center, it's always there waiting for us but we give into emotions & ruin everything.
    Spiritual journey is to break free the addiction of the body & mind by experiencing what you really are,Aatman, divinity.
    We waste our energy by relentlessly engaging in-
    -Physical
    -Mental
    -Emotional
    -Sex
    According to zen yoga we should eat once a day. Reduce our sleep too. But it shouldn't be forced. Step by step we need to go along with our journey without creating an inner distress.
    The change should be gradual, sincere & resolute only then it's viable, else you will fall hard.

    Waheguru Ji, i practice meditation all day when ever i got a thought to be present and i do japji sahib in the morning when i do i try to be attentive inside totally so that i can hear whatever my i m reading it. Two times one time in the morning 20 mins and night time i close eyes and I meditate to watch my thoughts sir. But my question now is that recently i got a internal feeling that i should cut down my food becuase i m reading zen yoga at home too . But i workout in gym so while doing heavyweights in gym can my body will br okay with less food or no? Gym makes hungry needs food to recover. Please let me know. I love your work sir you are an amazing human being on this planet. Through your teachings and jiddu Krishnamurti and PJ saher ji’s teaching my life got sooooo interesting that i can’t explain i got no words. Present Moment is magic sir.

      Not sure Ashish sir will be able to reply but in past he gave his answer similar to this question
      Yes ofcourse, if you do gym you need more calories to burn hence the food requirements.
      Maybe after age 50 yrs you won't be doing gym heavy lifting excercises
      Then you try be on less food
      Experiment with less food
      Don't just take less food just because it's written so
      Understand the reason behind and experience it
