I was asked today if I could make sugarpaste Chrysanthemums. I've made most other flowers but not these! Your tutorials are fantastic and easy to follow. I have the full set of Daisy / Chrysanthemum cutters so don't even need to buy more! Thank you. Looking forward to watching more of your tutorials.

Excellent tutorial...thank you! Could these flowers be formed on a skewer, rather than a floral wire? What should the length of the wire be to hold the flower securely in the cake?
