One new addition since this video was made, a mile-long skywalk through the redwood trees in Sequoia Park. Enter through the zoo. Breathtaking to walk 100 feet above the forest floor.
Born and raised. EHS class of 91. Amazing place to grow up.
I live in alturas and go to trinidad on a full moon, it lights the road the whole way to the pier.
I really like the large flea market they have in eureka.
I love Eureka
Nice places to see!
The seal scratching it's head lol ^_^
I ❤️ living In Eureka and Humboldt County.
This was great but not much about what to do in Eureka. More like what to do in Humboldt and Trinity Counties

Who actually wants to catch jacksmelt?
Score drugs....hang out with tweakers/homeless people lol
‘High up on a hill ?…’. The Carson Mansion is not high up on a hill. A sloped sidewalk, barely.
Just passed through and spent one night in Eureka. Seems like the best thing to do in Eureka is avoid it and not go there in the first place
@@StallionFernando such a sketchy feeling city. Extremely high number of homeless people who sometimes have a scarier vibe than most cities I’ve been in. So many beautiful Victorian homes - a few nicely renovated but many if not most declining into a state of disrepair and dereliction. The city just seems to have a dark and unsafe vibe overall. I saw another you tuber recount his experiences with multiple crimes witnessed in one eve including gun shots, someone climbing on top of his RV while he was inside and more on his one night passing through. Sad to see the city in such a state. I’ll be sure to miss it unless there is a major economic and social turnaround in the area.
Yeah I think the pandemic really killed the place. You can tell it was a nice place at once upon a time.
You are forgetting one thing that only Boring are or get Board
need to live a little
A bay ha. They God angels and people love bays 🎉3.5
Eureka attracts homeless meth addiction. The city leaders are trying to find curious tourist ready to watch their outdoor activities.
I love eureka. So gorgeous. It truly is paradise. I wish more people would visit since it’s a real gem of a city in California. Coastal and forestry. Perfect.
