architect pareho lang po ba ung OFB at OLBP? sa R1 pwede po ba imaximize ung floor plate sa 2nd floor? both sides, rear and front? mag aapply po ba doon ung 60% of the prescribed setbacks? thanks in advance

ar. can the building official of manila engr balagot , engineer flordeliza alampay, engineer saturnino disu exempt applicant from the national building code ( minimum road width, sec 801 paragraph 2 , that they did. what will be the penalty and if the court rule in their favor , can I request for a change of those who failed in exam. these people are so co ....... its so slippery, hahaha
