the anime RIP online has an audio file called AAC if I'm not mistaken. with audio editing programs you can isolate the voices from the car's and vice versa.

For videos during day/evening your setting are always amazing but for some reason I felt in this video specifically the cars didn't look as great as usual because of that. I pretty sure I saw other videos of yours in the night and this is the 1st time I noticed this issue so it might be something else.
