It does not feel like I'm listening to a podcast, it feels like I'm having a one on one phone call with someone who knows me and has answers to many things that has been bothering me for most of my adult life. I knew forgiveness was important but I just realized how much important for my own healing and growth. I was so angry with a few ppl in my life for a long time. But I love these ppl now. I really love them because I would not be the person I am now had it now been for them. Thinking for someone who has caused me so much pain and being being able to say, I love you and I forgiveness us both makes me very emotional but it feels life a prison door has just been open and I'm seeing freedom after many years. Everything you observe through your objective senses is energy vibrating on a different frequency. The music you tune in to, for instance, though it appears to come from without, it is tuned into within yourself, consciously or not (we are simply observing one of many infinite sections of ourselves moment by moment). Atoms are within the universe and the universe is within the atoms, everything mirroring and affecting infinite aspects of itself simultaneously. This self is you as the observer. Let's say, speaking of music, you play a tune through your observed thoughts, and if you hit that precise frequency (state of observation), it becomes seemingly objectified, relative to your observation. People appear they can hear music, but they don't listen to it the same way because they are tuned in on different levels of observation. We tune into something by living from the state directed by self-narration. All that appears as physical, solid matter on the outside are vibrating atoms on various frequencies (states of observation). And when the atoms are infinitely split (no number can be over zero), they are broken down to indivisible energy. There is no "empty space" seemingly separating us, and yet nothing is solid; just perceived as solid by our minds. Just by you and me communicating to each other, we are interconnected to this invisible electric/magnetic field of fluctuating energy. We can't see it through our objective senses, but we know instinctively it is there, giving us the compelling urge to speak to one another. "Faith is the substance [state of observation] of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." There are infinite states to observe. What you recall in memory, you are using the mirror of your mind what's objectively existing, and you get one of many infinite viewpoints reflected off your mind directed by your focused, observed thoughts. Your subtle thoughts cause your mind (so sensitive a mirror) to vibrate and modify the light reflecting off of it that projects various experiences on the screen of objective space. The entire atomic universe is arranged light and sound and appears how it is, relative to your state of observation. Notice how people describe themselves and how others treat them. The correlations and patterns are so obvious when carefully observed. Energy, magnetism, and electricity can never be created nor destroyed. They are simply being revealed by one's observation, causing the atoms to arrange themselves into various forms. You don't change the world. You simply choose one of many infinite viewpoints or spheres of it through how you describe yourself and how you position yourself in the universe. All apparent physical movements are automatic according to your state of observation.

Let's talk about change. I started smoking when i was only 8 years old. Horrible time as your senses are developing. Since then I've had difficulty smelling. It's off and on and very faint unless its extremely intense. Since consistently keeping up with the literature, the practice (especially breath), and Brian's videos not only has the desire to smoke went down.... I can smell. I noticed after a guided mediation from this channel. Then I did my gateway process practice. When I left my room I could smell the onions in the kitchen (across the large apartment) in my nose. I've been walking past the kitchen bar wondering why the hell it smells sooo good. Sooo sweet. Like candy. It was a candle! I can never smell candles unless I shove my nose in them. Everyday I continue my meditations the stronger my senses get. Awareness, smell, vision, hearing (I was 50% deaf in my left I swear it's getting clearer by the day as well), everything. And bonus motivation for all the neophytes here: I had trouble sitting for a 5 min mediation. In these two weeks it bumped up to a max of 1 and a half hours! By the first week you'll notice it's easier to sit for 15 then 20. As your hips open up, as your joints relax it begins to feel comfortable. Relaxing. Next thing you know you're meditating for an hour and no lie you're naturally high all day. I feel like I smoked a blunt but I haven't been smoking lmao. Pro tip: for floor meditation sit on your blanket folded. For the chair meditations use a pillow on the seat. And like brian said if you can meditate outside do it. Take your shoes off, sit in the grass. Meditate in the morning toward the sun (CLOSE YOUR EYES) Imagine eating the light. You are a light being you need light. You are your power. All is one, all is love.

crazy things have been happening to me- crazy dreams, intense meditations, seeing signs, crying, releasing and def. seeing thru the illusions and feeling the collective pain... anyone else relate?
5:51-7:21 I just experienced this this winter. Was in a really nice park for 2 months then could only find a cheap one. I figured out the 1st day that's why I was there. It's easy to love your neighbor when they are good, then find yourself next to a nightmare neighbor who would just yell and scream at his dog and beat it. After not going to beat him I cried a couple times. Something told me the only thing to do was to send Love ❤ This is also the future I see. ❤ 💡

5:51-7:21 I just experienced this this winter. Was in a really nice park for 2 months then could only find a cheap one. I figured out the 1st day that's why I was there. It's easy to love your neighbor when they are good, then find yourself next to a nightmare neighbor who would just yell and scream at his dog and beat it. After not going to beat him I cried a couple times. Something told me the only thing to do was to send Love ❤ This is also the future I see. ❤ 💡
