This is so bad bro senna has 50 base ad and it doesn't change... Triforce deals 200% base physical so compared to something like vayne or Ashe having 100 base ad by level 18, you do no damage
zwag nailed it when he said when zoe came out the champs got horrible xD my opinion two. i play since season six when ekko and jhin just came out. getting oneshot by ekko was nothing special since old akali did that too and even better in low elo xD but all champ designs starting from zoe are completely overtuned. zoe got super unhealthy design with her "hit 1 ability to oneshot with another one or dont do anything" ...like she either broken or rather shit.
She is good in some matchups but in general her kit is just weak Her passive is very useless Her Q is very easy to dodge Her W does basically nothing And her R is very short range The only good spell that she has is her E which makes her good into tank supports but into enchanters or carry supports her E is also not good

so when to go lethality vs the tank?
Lethality is standard right now, tank is good if you already locked in Senna and your team can't protect you.
