Yes, what you can do I create a custom gpt and provide it with a word document of your website data then the chatbot will be able to refer to the document.
I think you'll have to build a custom script with their assistants API to do this. But you can set up custom prompts options so you don't need to type "write me a post and post it to wordpress" each time.

Yes, OpenAI doesn't have free models, you can use GPT 3.5 with the AIEngine plugin. Yes, I think GPT-3.5 is still a good LLM for chatbot functionality.

Yes, I think this has to do with openai new policies. You can try to update your plugin to the latest version to see if that helps.

Yes it seems to be an issue with this plugin, I disabled it on my website while I try to debug the error.

Umm, this video assumes everyone has a paid Business plan with Wordpress which allows for free, seamless installation.
No, I'm using the open source version of wordpress to set this up which is free.
